We take great care to place the right aide with our clients. All clients are asked to complete a detailed Client Questionnaire which is matched against our caregiver profiles using our proprietary matching algorithm to ensure the best possible potential match between client and caregivers. We are extremely sensitive to the sanctity of our clients' homes.

Compass Care provided a certified CNA who provided high quality care. She was intelligent, caring and personable. The agency did a thorough interview to help make a successful match. In addition, they provided backup resources from a Registered Nurse on call.
My only reservation is they are very expensive compared to private care that you can arrange on your own with some research and networking.

CompassCare brought me top quality care, comfort and assistance after my knee replacement surgery. The Care Team Manager and RN put me at ease beginning with the first phone call, and then with the pre-op home visit. Nervous about the surgery, CompassCare assured me that I would be in excellent hands and well cared for upon my return home. The CNA met me at the hospital in New York City, assisted with the discharge and accompanied my husband and I in the car back to our home in CT. When I was looking for a health aide for my mom, I contacted Compass Care on a Saturday, with an impossible two day deadline and a huge winter storm in the forecast. They immediately went into action, got my mother home from the hospital in a blizzard and was there to help get her back on her feet for the next month. I would highly recommend them.

Compass Care saved our family. When my mother-in-law wasn't able to drive anymore or care for herself properly in her own home, we were faced with the tough decision to have her live with us, place her in an assisted living or let her continue to live at home with help, which was her wish. This has been a very difficult year for so many reasons - Having the team at Compass Care be by my and my mom's side has been one of the few saving graces of 2020. It has allowed me to have complete peace of mind, knowing that when I can't be there my mom is safe and very well cared for. We have been caring for my aunt with Alzheimer’s in for the past 3 years since she was released back home in NYC from a hip fracture repair. When we took over the case, the previous caregivers were inexperienced in caring for dementia patients and were only able to feed her Ensure and never took her outside for walks. After 6 months of working with my Aunt, CompassCare caregivers were able to get my aunt back to a whole food diet and had her up and about again. Back in June my mom was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. She lost her ability to walk very quickly and it was becoming more and more clear she needed full time care. That was when I found Compass Care. Compass Care is the most amazing company in the world. They provided care to my mom in a way that I didn't even think was possible.
