Peter & Mari are awesome! They helped my girlfriend so much in looking to purchase our first home. Peter did an outstanding job of taking care of all the details involved in selling a house and made the whole process as stress free as possible. From getting the house ready for its first showing, negotiating the contract and through to the final closing process, Peter handled each step in a highly professional but friendly manner.

We worked with Peter and Phyllis several years ago when we were relocating to the East bay area from Texas. I was travelling back and forth combing work with house hunting. Though the virtual concierge service we able to preselect properties that met our criteria, this was a tremendous helpful to us. The support and "the above and beyond" in providing us good insight on the area, particularly in relation to schools and amenities was excellent, even to the point of help us sign one of our kids up for school while we were back in TX as neither of us could be here.
