I was very displeased with the party that I reserved and paid for. Any establishment that claims to provide a hostess in the birthday package should in fact provide the services of a hostess. If I am responsible for serving my own party and ensuring my guest have what they need I have assumed the role as hostess. After expressing how displeased I was with my experience with management I was told that I should be satisfied with my $20.00 discount and asked did the kids have a good time. I do not recommend this place for a party if you expect a certain level of service.

I hosted the MOST disappointing birthday party for my son at House of Air. It was so bad that I am forbidding my daughter to have her party there next month. Plus when one of the parents picked up their kids and asked how was the party... the kid said it was AWFUL because... read below. I was mortified!
I had booked and paid for the party a month in advance and sent out the invitations. The week of the party we were contacted by House of Air saying that they made a mistake by booking the party during a marathon and could we push our party time back a hour from11 am to 12pm? That's was fine

House of Air is interested in offering trampoline exercise to the public. It's not gymnastics for kids or adults or tumbling. It's not acrobatics really. It's trampoline exercise. If you are into dopamine and serotonin, it's a particular physical education to use trampolines and get the mood changes. The exercise with trampoline is a human nature and at House of Air, you can see the happy child like activity of trampolines. It's for all human beings to use trampolines and safely. It was on CP.

This is the best run trampoline park in DFW! I have taken my kids to almost all of the parks around Dallas/ Ft Worth, and this is by far the cleanest park we've been to, having the most polite and engaged staff. I've heard these guys had one of the most challenging ninja courses around, and I can contest to that now having "attempted" it. Emphasis on attempted. This is a great place with the perfect variety of attractions. Thank you!

I selected 1 star because forced.
In our progressive city, I was treated inhumanly by Dikembe at House of Air along with management team. After payment for reservation, I was told by front desk that I could bring in my own socks. While jumping on trampoline, Dikembe approached my 6 y/o son to inform him that he broke a rule. At $20 for admission, House of Air offers nothing worth breaking rules!

This place has always been fun but today..... in this crazy world of C-19 something happened to my kid on his birthday event at HoA.
Less than 90min after leaving HoA, he started throwing up. SEVERELY!!!
Of course my wife suspected the worse. But as a Medic I thought it was food poisoning. I asked if he ate anything and she said he had pizza. I asked which restaurant and was told it was sold at the House of Air.
So, HoA..... you sold my kid (and probably other kids) BAD pizza.
4-5 his later he had recovered since he throw up 3 times. By the way, my son immediately took the Covid home

Took the kids on a rainy day and enjoyed the extreme jumps and fun play. They even have a ninja warrior experience if your willing to test your strength. Great staff. Cheap slurped to end the time slot. Pretty laid back! Would like to see more promotions for family packages. Overall, great place if your looking for something to do with the kids.

It was crowded on a saturday afternoon with over 5 birthdays going, but the staff was super helpful and the birthday we attended all the kids were loving it. The staff managed the floor very well and the cafe/frounter counter people were so amazing great customer service. Also they were all very quick, we never had to stand in line long. Its loud but it's good healthy fun and the whole family can do it.

Disappointing that the small 3-6 year old area costs the same amount as a regular admission. Kids were upset that they couldn't use the large (completely empty) trampolines so we had to leave. I get that it is for safety, but all the other trampoline parks have managed to make a fun, safe environment for little kids. Bummer since this one is our local spot and I was looking forward to when my son turned 3 so this could be a regular outing.

This review is for small kids's area:
It is very small and super crowded. Although it advertised as 3-6 yo area, there are a lots of small children, which is ok, but due to very limited area it creates almost a hazard when older kids are bouncing around. Staff members do not check any proof of child's age, so one can claim whatever they want. Of course, they make you sign a waiver, so if your child get hurt, it won't be their problem (as in many other places) But I was terrified that my 5 yo will jump on top of little ones when we were there, it was super scary.... We did not spend

All of the birthday parties I've been to here have had some sort of major defect- largely with either the age of the kids or with the pizza.
First- age of kids; if you have smaller kids, there is a very limited selection of places they can go, so half of your party may end up being split, and kids end up crying because they can't play with their friends. Make sure to call and check age limits if you are planning a party.
Second- the jumping times are very tightly controlled, so if you book jumping from 11-12, and the kids all show up at 11:15 -ish they miss a ton of the fun, which is

Ahh, it could have been better. I have been to different places like this but this one kind of disappointed me in a way that trampolines are very limited for certain ages. I brought my girlfriend's son whose 4 years old and they only literally have few trampolines for them and a basketball lol. Nope, not again for how much they asked for it. But staffs are nice tho.

We've been to other trampolines places and this one was not as good as the others we've been too. It really only has 2 areas, unless you pay more for a different area that really just has super trampolines and staff to help you jump and do tricks (supposedly). We didn't do that area.
Other jump parks we have been too had a better wait area for parents who don't want to participate with TVs, etc. They also have foam pits to jump in and basketball courts (jump courts) to play on, along with climbing walls, so much more diversity.
Overall OK, but my kids were getting bored about

Run very poorly. Terrible experience. They have 4 distinct trampoline zones but 3 out of 4 of them were unstaffed and closed off so the employees could apparently twittle their thumbs and play on their phones. Saw at least 5 employees just doing nothing while keeping only that 1 zone open.
Do I regret paying money to come here? No because I'd never been to a trampoline park before. But definitely not coming back.
Also, there's no AC so stay home if it's hot.

This review is for the toddler section which spans ages 2-7.
I took my 3 children here for the first time, 4 year old twins and an almost 6 year old. And I have to say they were most disappointed.
5 x 3 tiny, flat squares to jump in and out of and a few balls to throw around gets old in less than 5 minutes. My oldest refused to even go in there initially. They've been to trampoline parks with so much more stimulation and to stick a 6-7 year old in the toddler section just seems absurd.
It felt kind of a waste of the morning and $60 for the hour that could have been better spent elsewhere

I have the coolest roommates. For one of their birthdays, they made reservations at House of Air. I'd never been. Personally I'm not a fan of bounce houses or trampolines because I'm scared of heights, but I'll try anything once.
The place was pretty empty when we were there. It was relatively late at night, so no children... Woohoo! We sped through the line of filling out waivers and paying for grippy socks. We waited around the "staging area" for our turn on the trampolines.
Once we entered the area exclusively for us, we were supervised by a trampoline lifeguard

Great for kids!
It's located in the lower grassy area near the bottom of the Golden Gate Bridge! You can get a pretty good view of the bridge from the location of the House of Air!
It was a little smaller than expected! There were 3 main jump areas: dodgeball, free style, and a toddler area! I pretty much stayed in the free style area which I got a little bored after 30 minutes! I think 1 hours should be more than enough (maybe it's because I don't exercise much and I was tired after few jumps).
There wasn't a lot you could do other than jumping on the trampoline, which

My daughter and I ended up on Russian Hill trying to find this place(I knew that wasn't the right Mason St.) but we finally arrived to a friend's son's birthday party. We found a parking spot a block away(Crissy Field charges by the hour every day so be prepared to pay for at least 90 minutes). We entered the venue and realized the computer kiosks were the reception desk. Once I filled out a waiver, we approached the cashier counter. The young folks back there weren't particularly smiley but as a seasoned high school educator, I shrugged off the poor customer service skills
