Cosmo Jump

This is the best place for kids EVER!!!! Grown ups can have some free time cosidering that you can see every corner of a playground through the glass while having a coffee/drinks with your friends. Its very inexpansive considering what they offer. Stuff is very friendly and they take care of your kids while playing. ALEKSANDRA (manager) is very friendly, who helped us book our birthday party here. Highly reccommend this place!!!

Amazing service! Highly recommend! I had Soto Bouncin House cancel on me 1 hour prior to my event and Cosmo jump arrived almost immediately and saved the day! Will definitely be using their services in the future

Whomever runs this business is rude. I called for a quote thinking it was the business we've rented from frequently the past that was able to provide jumphouses on the same day we call. The man that answered the phone seemed really unprofessional. To top it off, I asked if we were in their database because we were trying to figure out if this was the place we usually rent jumphouses from. He replied that he wasn't at the office, which was understandable, then continued to ask which jumphouse we were interested in. I told him the standard jumphouse and he quoted somewhere around $180.

Eric was super responsive and easy to work with. I planned a last minute birthday party for my son with social distancing being an important factor. I needed something outdoors where the children can take turns and not be in/on at the same time so I was on a hunt for a specific waterslide and though it wasn't listed on their website he was able to provide it. Eric came early to set up and picked up on time. Thank you for help making the party a huge success!

Eric provided great service, responded promptly and made the drop-off & pickup scheduling real smooth. He made sure to wipe the jumper clean once it was up and the kids had a blast in the mini castle.

Great experience booking the 9 hole mini golf set. They were on time with set up and prompt with take down. All the guests loved it and kept asking where we got it. Nothing but positive things to say!

I rented a jumper w/a slide for my sons Bday party this past weekend and was so happy with Eric. From the beginning he was very quick with responses and answered any questions I had. He was also very accommodating when I had to make changes. I called an hour before we originally planned to have the jumper picked up & asked if we could have it extended an extra hour and was no problem. He was on time for the delivery time so my son and my boyfriend had time to play before the party started. I also appreciated they cared about making sure everything was set up nice & clean before leaving

Eric is fantastic to work with. After reading reviews from several different party rental places, and requesting various quotes, I felt most confident in going with Cosmo Jump. It took Eric a little while to get back to me initially but that wasn't an issue as I had contacted him a few weeks before my kids' birthday party. He was the one business owner who got back to me regularly and took the time to answer my questions at length. He was also the most transparent. Awesome company and reasonable prices! I was worried that I wouldn't have a jumper for a holiday to entertain the kids. Other companies I used in the past were closed, but not Cosmo Jump! The kids played all day in the jumper and it was the highlight of the party. This company communicates promptly and has quality materials!

Cosmo Jump was an excellent local business that provided an awesome experience for my sons 3rd Birthday. Eric the owner and operator was super friendly and very easy to schedule with.

Absolutely wonderful service. We had the worst experience with Bay Area Jump for my sons birthday so a few weeks later I decided to order from Cosmo to make it up to my son. His own jump house for the day. It was last minute and Eric was so accommodating. He even brought a bounce house with a hoop to make it extra cool. He was on time, and really friendly. I will never order from anywhere else. If you are looking for a bounce house/birthday party stuff.....don't waste your time anywhere else. Check my review out on Bay Area Jump. We still use this company for our jumpy houses...its usually just once or twice a year for birthday parties and special kiddy occasions. We love the service we get from them, and im always happy to help out small businesses when they deserve it. And this company definitely does!

One of the worst things someone can do is not show up for a child's birthday party when that child was super excited for a jumper. What a low blow. If I could, I'd rate Cosmo Jump a negative 10. They came to my house the day before to see if they could set up the jumper and the water slide- wasted 25 minutes of my time. They confirmed the waterslide and jumper would fit. They even made us move patio furniture around. Mind you it was super heavy. They guaranteed a 9am to 10 am delivery time the next day. We waited hours with a no show. My husband and I didn't leave the house to run

It was a joy to rent from Cosmo Jump, one of the easiest parts of organizing a recent birthday party. They were friendly, took care of the permit side of things as we were using the jumpy in San Carlos parks. They arrived when they said they would, then set everything up and even though we finished a bit early, they made sure to get there so we weren't hanging around. Their prices were reasonable too.
I will go straight to Cosmo next time I need a party rental.
