I reached out to a few bubble soccer companies and fortunately for me I am so glad that I ended up not using them. Greg from day one was super helpful and quick to reply. I had trouble getting a permit to have a bubble soccer party in the city we live in and he had great recommendations.
We had a joint 13 year old party and ended up doing both the bubble soccer and nerf. Luckily for me, on the day of the party he showed up extremely early to the park I rented only to find the field padlocked closed. Greg called to inform me of the situation which then got me on the phone calling any city phone

Just used planetxone this past weekend and we had a blast! They were easy to coordinate with and had the bubbles set up with plenty of time to go over rules and strategies. Also the bubbles are in great condition! They cleaned them down before we got in and were very easy to see out of and put on and off. Also their team was amazing! Had great games set up and were totally okay with us also messing around and having fun running into each other. And they take pictures! Thank you Planet Xone for a wonderful nerf dart party for my 9 year old! Daniel was prompt, friendly and really did a great job with the kids! We had 18 total kids, ranging from 7-13 years (most 8-9 yr old boys). The activities were varied and the pace was just right for our active group. The nerf guns were awesome and the kids enjoyed trying different ones. Everything ran smoothly and my son was thrilled with his party! Thank you for a great experience!

We just hosted an 8 year old birthday party in GG Park and the kids played bubble soccer. PlanetXone showed up on time and super organized. The park is closed to cars on Sunday, so they had to haul everything in from Fulton Street to the Bunny Meadow. They were sweaty but smiling.
We did not have to do a thing (they even took pictures, which I was not expecting!), refereed and did a safety talk at the beginning. They played a variety of different games with the kids but I think they liked just rolling down the hill the best.
This is such a great thing to do for birthday parties for high energy

Loved having Planet Xone handle my 8th grade son's birthday party. What I loved most was their prompt and thorough communication. Another party was moving in on our space during set up and Greg and Jerry expertly and diplomatically handle it with success. Jerry was awesome with the kids, and a fun time was had by all. My son wanted to have a Fortnite themed birthday party. I was trying figure out how to get a bunch of kids together to play online. I quickly found that there weren't many Fortnite party options. Instead, I came across PlanetXone who throws Nerf dart parties. I contacted Greg, and he was very responsive and very accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about this company. From start to finish, they worked with us to make sure we were all taken care of for our 200-person event in GG Park. Not only were they on time and absolutely killed it at the event, they were genuinely nice people who wanted to make sure we were having fun. I contacted Planet Xone to inquire about their Nerf Dart Party for my son's 10th birthday. Greg was prompt, responsive and detailed. Greg was also patient since he knew I still had to select and confirm a venue-- he offered a couple of helpful venue suggestions as well which made my search quicker.

Awful - I just came back from a kids party at GGP featuring PlanetXone bubble soccer. It seemed fun enough until the instructor became very condescending and tried to usher us out of the picnic area we had reserved... so that he could use it with another group, even though we still had the space reserved. When we tried to talk about it with him he was extremely rude and condescending, even though he was completely in the wrong. Basically they were scamming other customers while trying to end our party early. It was the worst encounter I have had in a long time here in San Francisco. I would never

Bubble Sumo for 10 adults- a blast! Everyone loved it even though sore all over. So much laughter and fun, and totally worth it. Greg is great and fast to respond to emails/ calls/ queries except that one time my email get unanswered for 2 days (which is unusual as all previous emails were replied same day, so I called since we were just few days before the event and gotten the answers I needed). He recommended the best location in Golden Gate Park, helped to make reservation, and very helpful in everything else! The game host, Ian is respectful, punctual and friendly. We recently held a party for approximately 80 people with a mixture of young kids, teens, and adults. My son wanted a Nerf-themed party and I saw that PlanetXone would set up their own arena and bring all the equipment and safety glasses so that we could just show up and play. PlanetXone did an amazing job for my son's 8th birthday party. Our son had always wished for a Nerf blaster party and PlanetXone delivered! They were easy to work with, full service, including leading the kids/guests in Nerf tag activities. We were able to just sit back and enjoy while someone else kept the kids engaged. PlanetXone was even able to make our somewhat small space work. They transformed our space into my son's dreamland.

Originally, I had reached out to Greg to plan a surprise bubble soccer event for my husband's birthday but it rained the first date we chose. He was totally understanding and let us reschedule. The planning and communication for the event was great.

As the activity for my son's 7th BIRTHDAY, he wanted to have some friends over to play Nerf Dart Tag. When I was considering his request; all I could think of were the boys arguing over which darts they owned and someone's Nerf gun being broken, so a friend recommended Planet Xone. Planet Xone provides the equipment, along with the inflatable arena. Greg and Pensiri were great with the party reservation and agreement. Let's just say, "The process was smooth." Can't believe how much fun this was! I could tell that people around the park wanted to be apart of our party. The guys are very professional and made sure everyone was apart of our party. They made sure we were all safe as well.
Everyone is so easy to work with too, from requesting a quote to the day of my event. This company is so incredibly efficient! They use square so I didn't have to worry about anything, everything is very tech friendly (waivers are online). Definitely going to work with them every year for annual family picnic.

This review is about bubble soccer. Greg Burghart was an incredibly helpful advisor when it came to Bubble Soccer. I found a LivingSocial deal for a corporate bubble soccer event and reached out to him to plan an event.
Greg was responsive and incredibly helpful in finding the right place for us to play soccer. He worked with SF Parks & Rec and myself so everything was timed right and moved smoothly.
