The Performing Arts Academy Of Marin

Annie established PAAM in the summer of 2009, facilitating its growth with the help of dedicated faculty and staff from humble beginnings in a church hall to a thriving community with state-of-the-art facilities and premier training in the performing arts. She is proud to continue to bring her expertise and passion for theater and dance to the students of Marin and the greater Bay Area.

Our six beautiful studios are available to rent for private events, meetings, filming, and classes! PAAM is conveniently located off Highway 101 in Strawberry Village. Ample free parking is available in our private lot, on the street, as well as in the Strawberry Village parking lot.

Studios feature sprung floors with marley or hardwood, full-length mirror wall, open ceiling, heating/air conditioning, and large windows with natural light (Studio 4 is an internal room with viewing windows).Rentals include access to WiFi, Water Filtration Station, and three Private Restrooms. Renters must request use of our Back Patio to access the outdoor space.

Our Conservatory has evolved into the BAYPAC Intensive Training Program (ITP), offering comprehensive training for our dance and theater arts students, as well as home to our Dance Company, Theater Company, and Pre-Professional Track. BAYPAC participation is by audition or instructor approval only.

We are excited to introduce our newly revamped Conservatory Program - BAYPAC - Bay Area Youth Performing Arts Collective. Our Conservatory now evolves into the BAYPAC Intensive Training Program (ITP), offering comprehensive training for our dance and theater arts students, as well as home to our BAYPAC Dance Company and Pre-Professional Track.
