I had a great experience. They were very honest and helpful. They are Christians and they genuinely care about their customers. They even picked me up from my house when my car was ready. Everyone was very nice, especially Bruce. Thank you to everyone at Genes. You guys are awesome!

Highly recommend Gene's Auto. I was visiting from another state and a piece from underneath my car came loose. I was able to get a same day appointment and it was repaired within an hour. I was treated with respect, friendly, efficient service. They were a joy to work with.

My 2010 Ford F-150 oil change indicator was on. I thought It needed to be changed. The Team at Gene's checked the oil and realized it was just the indicator needed to be reset. They took care of the issue and said I did not need an oil change for another 3000 miles. Gene's auto will get all of my repair work because of their integrity and honesty. I will recommend them to everyone.

Gene's auto repair service goes over and above to meet the needs of it's customers. I recently had an issue with my truck that coincided with a tragic life event that necessitated that I get my truck repaired expediently for use. Gene and his crew had compassion for me and my circumstances and were able make my repair a priority and in the process demonstrated unusual kindness to me.
Gene's crew worked tirelessly to diagnose an issue with loss of communication of the fuel supply and sparking of the engine with the computer. All the while Gene kept me updated on the progress with regular communication

I went to get my oil changed and it didn’t take very long. They always do an awesome job. Later that same day I noticed that I had water all on driver side floorboard. I went back to the shop and asked them to check it out for me. And Guess what?? They found that AC line was blocked. They fixed it for me for FREE!!😲😃😄. Their awesome!!! Thanks guys for everything y’all do!!! I recommend y’all to everyone.
