Used web contact form Monday 11am, got a call within 30 minutes, JB shows up at 2pm, my Corvette Stringray's air conditioning is FREEZING COLD at 3pm. Very nice job! Highly recommended.

I contacted Dr Freeze about my pickup's A/C which has been struggling to cool. They contacted me within a few hours and arranged a time to come by that afternoon. They did a diagnosis quoted me a very reasonable amount and it was all repaired and working like a champ. No hassles and great service.

I had a leaking ac compressor, and Dr Freeze was recommended to me by a local rv repair service. JB was my mechanic. He was very responsive and communicative, and took time to explain what he was going to do. He finished the job in one afternoon, and documented the work with pictures afterwards. Contacted Dr Freeze AC because my Sierra was blowing hot air. I was contacted back same day for a diagnosis appointment. He arrived on time Saturday morning and gave me a temporary fix until I eventually got my condensor replaced. Very fast and friendly and half the cost of the dealership (plus a 2yr warranty). I would recommend them to ANYONE when it comes to AC repair!

After looking them up on Google and on Yelp and seeing the good reviews AND seeing that they could come to your location to do the work I decided to get in contact and get a quote. Left a message through their site on Saturday expecting a call on Monday. I received a text on Sunday morning asking if they could look at my truck that day. Showed up when they said, diagnosed the issue, gave me a reasonable price, picked up the parts, came back and installed the parts which fixed my issue and was done with all in about 2 hours....on a Sunday! The mechanic, JB, was very knowledgeable and personable! I would highly recommend!

Called and received a quote for a bad condenser on Chevy Silverado. Quick turnaround on the return call. Asked for the directions to the shop was then asked for my address because JB makes house calls. What's better than grilling ribs for dinner and getting your car fixed. AC was leaking coolant and was blowing hot. Called Dr. Freeze, they came out next morning to my house. Diagnosed, fairly quoted, and repaired in less than an hour. Quality work with a year warrantee at half the price I was quoted from a brick and mortar auto shop. Highly recommend.

Contacted Dr. Freeze (Jim) Wednesday July 17th. He replied to me on the same day (10AM) saying he would come check out my AC system that afternoon or evening. Didn't hear anything from him. At around 6PM he emailed me saying he was delayed and would look at my car in the morning. I replied "No problem. Text me tomorrow." I had JB out to work on my company vehicle...a huge 2013 Mercedes Sprinter with two aftermarket AC systems. They were completely dead, and he brought them back to life! It's cooling like a champion now!

I had Dr Freeze AC come over and fix the AC on my F250 today. He replaced the Expansion Valve and the valves in the service ports. With each of them he was able to show me and explain how the parts he was replacing had essentially worn out. It will be another week or two before I'm able to verify that this truly fixed my problem (on a longer trip). But for right now, all indications are that the problem is fixed.

I found Dr. Freeze AC on Yelp and reached out to them yesterday. I heard from JB last night and we set up a time this afternoon. He met me in my office parking garage, assessed the situation and gave me some good advice throughout the process of things to look for. He put dye into the system that will indicate any leaks and my maintenance is guaranteed for a year. Super happy with my experience, and now I'm ready for another hot Austin summer! Thanks, JB!

JB was fast, friendly, and did quality work. I made a call to Dr. Freeze in the morning and he returned my call immediately. He came to my work in Georgetown checked my AC system that wasn't cooling properly and gave me a solution to the issue. He fixed it in the parking lot!
