Shine Select is a local family owned business that specializes in roof, window and exterior cleaning. Our service area is Northern Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland. The company started as a part-time venture, and after experiencing steady growth through providing outstanding customer service, Shine Select became a full-time business.
All I can say is awsome. The guys showed up on time and got my windows cleaned and my house pressure washed. They were very through and after the job was done the teamleader walked me around the house and made sure I'm satisfied. Very present experience! Great, great I used Shine Select to wash my windows, pressure wash the siding and the driveway.
Roof replacements are among the most expensive home upgrades. As such, we should do everything we can to prolong the life of our own. After months or even years of wear and tear, you might start to notice some black streaks, algae or mold on your roof. In December I used Shine Select for the first time to clean windows, inside and out. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and well including windows and screens. They also pointed out that the dark streaks on our roof were mold and needed to be cleaned or the shingles would deteriorate faster. Shine Select gives a hefty discount if they do more than one job so agreeing to clean the roof and the windows at the same time was quite cost effective. For quality, efficiency, and work attitude I'd definitely recommend the company and will use them again.

This company is absolutely incredible! I cannot recommend them highly enough. My house looks brand new! The technician spent many hours ensuring that every spot of dirt and mold was removed. When he finished after several hours, he carefully put back things that he had moved out of the way.

From the initial estimate process to the end of actual service this team is extremely professional and thorough. Our home and patio is sparkling clean. Only downside is the pungent smell of bleach and my herb pot was killed from the formula. But the crew worked so hard for hours cleaning! Would recommend!

Shine Select did a great job of cleaning our roof and siding to look almost like new. Curtis was very diligent in repeating applications in areas that needed extra cleaning. Cleaning the gutters was a bonus that was really needed. We are very happy we did this and highly recommend Shine Select as an option to consider over repainting or roof replacement.

I sent an email to ShineSelect for a small job to pressure wash the front steps and the walkway in front of my townhouse, my email included a photo with a description of the area to be cleaned. I got a quick reply with the date and time they would arrive. I later sent an email asking if I could add the front of my townhouse including the windows, and was told they would give me a price for that when they arrived.
They were 1-1/2 hours late. I called about 10 minutes

5 plus stars! Shine select came to do my windows and siding. After they finished, the house looked brand new. All the grime and mold we could never get off was gone. The windows sparkled. When the guys came back to finish next day, I noticed them redoing some of the windows. When I reminded him they were already done, Kevin said he saw some streaks. He's a perfectionist. Crew of two was very professional. I highly recommend.

Zach and his colleague did a wonderful job washing the inside and outside of all our windows (3 levels) and also our screens. They were quick, thorough and efficient. And the cost was very reasonable for the 28 windows in our house, the storm door, sliding glass doors and the windows on our garage door! The house sparkles with every window squeaky clean. I will have Shine Select back here on an annual basis. I was delighted in every way with their service.

I recently contacted Zach, the owner of Shine Select, about having some work done on my home. Unfortunately the timing didn't work out (we are in a time crunch because of putting our house on the market and Zach was booked up this week).

Of the 5 companies I reached out to on Yelp, Zach at Shine Select was the most responsive, eager to please, communicative about meeting my needs, and best price.
In 37 degree weather. Zach and another worker showed up on time, explained what they would be doing, and offered to help me remove screens so he clean window sills.
They did an excellent job, best anyone has done on our house. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I contacted them on 9/13 through Yelp to get a quote on vinyl siding cleanings. They got back to me very quickly, the same day! After discussing prices, they told me the cleaning could be done the very next morning, that was impressive!
I was told the cleaner would arrive at 8 to 9am the next day and he came at 8:30am-- greatly appreciate when employees are on time!
My parents got 2 sidings (left side & the back) done for $225. I will admit that their
