We have been using Jericho Pharmacy for years. The pharmacy is modern and efficient but you get a feeling of how things use to be when you walked into a local store and were greeted by name and would be treated like an old friend. They go beyond any expectations to be helpful and are always genuinely interested to know how you and your family are doing. They go the extra mile to give you the best service and advice. One of the best parts of living in our neighborhood.

I work in a primary care office near this pharmacy. A good amount of our patients have now been switching to Jericho after years of going to CVS, Rite Aid, and Walgreens. The genuine care, quality, and compassion provided by this adorable little pharmacy is just something you wont find anywhere else. There are often days where I have to personally call for patients or the physician and any worker or pharmacist (especially Dave) will do anything and everything they can to resolve any issue.

We love Jericho Pharmacy! They are always there for all our pharmacy needs. They even helped us when we were in need for medication for our Bulldog. Pet Meds are so expensive at the Vet and knowing we can have their prescription sent directly to them (If it is a med that is also taken by Humans) makes it so convenient and less expensive. They even carry CBD for Dogs! The entire staff greets you with a Smile and is always so accommodating and caring. Highly Highly recommend them!!!!

Myself and my family walked in one day to pick up a prescription, hoping to get a different experience than your typical CVS or big box pharmacy. Professional, accommodating, and friendly. My wife and I have been customers since they opened and I can't understand why anyone would choose a giant box store for their pharmaceutical needs. Phil and his staff's personalized treatment is comforting. They KNOW us! They're not just putting pills in a jar. They take their time explaining any questions we may have and give expert advice when needed. I've seen many occasions when other customers enter and are greeted with the same friendly greeting...and personalized knowledge of that person. You can't really ask for more. I’ve been to many pharmacies but Jericho pharmacy goes beyond treating you like a customer, they treat you like part of their family, they are always polite and respectful and their service is always incredible. They are always on top of your needs with either a phone call or a delivery of your medication if you need it, also they will work closely with your doctor to make sure your medication is always available to you. The pharmacy is spotless and well stocked of many items. The owner is always there and makes sure you leave happy and the staff is just as nice.

This pharmacy deserves 6 STARS. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable. Every person there is very capable, helpful, honest, and provides attention and endless efforts for us. If they don't have something, they will order it. If you have a question, you can expect an honest and trustworthy answer. If you cannot pick something up, they will deliver it for you. I've been stoping by here for some years now. The people working here are super ! Love the products and the energy \ set up when you walk in. I wish I could come here more often. This place is close when I'm traveling to work. If I lived close by, I'd be here for everything :) One guy who I think is the owner is really caring and if he isn't the owner, well he still is great at what he's doing and if he really is running the spot; he's doing a fantastic job with customer service. Definitely a great pharmacy who look after their customers. I have the high deductible plan and with insurance costs these days David is always letting me know about manufacturer coupons for certain medications for prescriptions my insurance doesn't cover. After my dermatologist recommended a harsh steroid cream for my son's eczema, I expressed concern and he recommended an OTC all natural moisturizer from Europe. I did my pharmacy rotation here and the experience was phenomenal. The owner and his employees always keep the shop nice and clean, and never let a customer walk out unhappy. They are always there for the patients and customers about any prescription/drug/dermal cosmetic products issues, and they are so patient with everyone. After years of the chain pharmacies in the area causing me headaches, I finally made the switch to Jericho Pharmacy. The owner and staff are so helpful and really go above and beyond. They do everything with such care and really spend the extra time to make your life a little easier. They are willing to call your medical providers, no matter how long they are put on hold or how many times it takes them to reach a live person. This is a one of a kind find in Syosset/Jericho! The customer service by each of the pharmacy staff is beyond exceptional. I love the Avene skin care line and this is the place to purchase it. The pharmacist spends time with you discussing which products would work for you and why. Can't get that at CVS! Stop by once and you will become a loyal customer!

Growing up on Long Island and dealing with my local pharmacist was always a pleasure for me. That has somehow broken over time with the big chain stores. I was next door at UPS store and I needed some band aids.
I got in my car and then I noticed that Jericko Pharmacy was next door.
I got out of my car and went in.
The men behind the counter where extremely friendly and helpful.
This is not your typical pharmacy as you would think of it like a Cvs or Walgreens.
It is a small local store with a lot of charm.
Although they are on the small side and do not carry a huge amount of items, They seem to carry the important items.
I would definitely come here again as there winning personality has won me over
