Joseph P. Navarra, R.Ph. is the owner of the Town Total Compounding Center, in Woodbury, N.Y. Joseph P. Navarra graduated from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Queens, New York. The Town Total Compounding Center is a PCAB Accredited compounding only pharmacy providing sterile and non-sterile compounding prescriptions.
At the Total Town Compounding Center, a compounding pharmacy of New York, our mission is to help keep patients healthy. Joseph Navarra, owner and pharmacist, has over 26 years of compounding experience. He started customized compounding in 1994 to help the growing need for pediatric dosage forms of HIV medication.
At Town Total Compounding our first and foremost desire is to serve our clients well. We are honored to help individuals and families find solutions to painful health problems. Total Compounding Center has far exceeded any expectations I may have had about a Compound Pharmacy.

Thanks Kristen and Joe for getting my meds to me in a timely manner. It's greatly appreciated . I especially like the driving service. My meds are down to the day and having the driving service insurances I get my medication on time.

Town Total is the best place to get your medicines. Their care for the patients, efficiency, and service is superior. They have helped me on my very complex disease by providing a caring and high quality service. Justin Wu is an example for anyone in the health system. I cannot praise Town Total Compound enough. From my first phone call to them, inquiring about getting my Covid-19 vaccination, they proved their competence and dedication, providing the best patient care imaginable. I have never experienced a more compassionate bunch of people, 100% on top of their game. Every question I had was answered, every email I sent was replied to, every fear I had was erased. They made the entire process as easy as picking up a cup of coffee from my local deli. A special shout-out to Morgan, Kristin and Joe. They very well may have been angels watching over me.

Town Town Compounding was extremely caring, professional and efficient. They followed all Covid protocols. Administered both vaccines carefully and oversaw “recovery “ time to make sure we did not experience any problems. They contacted us by email prior to each visit to reconfirm our appointments. All interactions with staff were polite and helpful. Cannot speak more highly of this facility.

This place is great! 100% satisfied. Andrew (the pharmacist) is wonderful. I can't say enough good about these guys. I take Ampyra for MS and they discontinued patient assistance; to continue receiving this medicine would cost me $2200/month! Compounding cut this cost to @ $100/month. Without this medicine I don't walk. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Unfortunately on a new note....a previous pharmacist has left (Andrew) and has been replaced by a person who is not very happy with life in general. Ask for anyone other than “Segal” and you should be happy
