I been a costumer for 9 years. Everything was ok until the husband start working. On September 2018 I returned several items that they were not cleaned right. He told me that he already washed them four times, but the spots still there. I have several incidents with him and he has very poor quality costumer service.

I recently invested in 3 high quality suits for work and a tuxedo for special events and when I received them the sleeves required some minor alterations. So instead of sending them back with a potential turn around of 2-3 weeks I decided to shop local and take them to Nora’s. From the beginning I should have walked out.
