I got can 6 this morning to go home from work this man was speeding looking around for headphone just to be on the phone I honestly the way he was driving didn't think I was actually going to make it home this morning...this man whom ever he was was the absolute worst they I honestly hope someone doesn't end up seriously hurt being in a cab with this man driving đ đ

We use this taxi service every single morning. I arrived late to school today. I got a tardy. My first tardy ever. I feel devastated. You guys let me down. I called at 7:24 am and yall arrived at 7:50 am. Almost 30 minutes. I have asthma and this is not good for my health. In continuation, high blood pressure. Do better babes â¤ď¸

Shouldâve know something was wrong when the taxi hit the curb pulling up to us outside our hotel. My fiancĂŠ and I where trying to get from a isolated little town in Massachusetts to South Station in Boston this was over an hr ride fare which totaled $160 steep but we had no other choice since we were dealing with an OTR truck breakdown , we were stranded & need to get bk home. Once we we in the filthy taxi which reeked so bad I had to spray perfume and rub on scented lotion to keep from puking. The driver was friendly enough even tho their dispatch is not, ride seemed to be going fine until

I made a reservation via Worcester Yellow Cab's app well in advance (at least a few hours) for a ride home from Union Station at 11:30 pm on a weeknight. I waited nearly half an hour and never got a call or a notification saying that a driver was on their way, so I cancelled my reservation on the app. When I called (at least twice) to ask about it, nobody picked up the phone. I was effectively stranded at the station with no way home, as both Uber and Lyft were out of service. This is absolutely no way to run a business.

Lower your expectations and youâll be fine. We asked for a taxi for Four passengers with luggage headed to the Airport. Our driver showed up just in time, but in a Camry with three backseats only. Three seatbelts. Four people. We had to catch a flight, so there was 0 minutes to swap cars. The four of us piled in with my 11 year old daughter across our laps. Is that legal? Not sure why they didnât send a van or an SUV. Terrible planning. On the 75 minute ride, we asked our driver repeatedly to turn on the AC and we just got blank stairs. if i could give no stars i would. the night dispatchers are ALWAYS rude and pushy. i work in fast food so i try to be nice but their attitude is so sour and rotten. the wait times are from 2-3 hrs if you dont call ahead and they overcharge you for the shortest distance,,, save your time and take a lyft.
