Walking down the aisle in the chapel was a dream come true, the white pews and beautiful doors were literally something out of a fairytale. The barn was not at all what you expect, the outside has a deep rustic look but when you walk inside it transformed into a magnificent ball room.

Welcome to Bella Woods Wedding and Event Center, your premier wedding venue in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Bella Woods offers two exceptionally unique venues for you to choose from. Whether you're looking for the laid back simplicity of Rustic Charm or if you prefer the subtle sophistication of Classic Elegance, you'll find both at Bella Woods.
Our open vendor policy is a part of our commitment to offer as much freedom and flexibility as possible. We require COI's with our company listed as Additional Insured from professional caterers, as well as TABC licenses and COI's in the same fashion from bartenders. Bella brides, grooms, and their friends/family who are not professional caterers may even bring their own food with the purchase of a one-day event insurance policy!
Included in our price is the rental of the site (chapel and barn) of your choice from 9 AM to 12 AM the next morning, selected ceremony dcor (multiple complimentary stage setups are available), as well as tables, table cloths, and chairs! Price includes access to indoor facilities (Sky Chapel, Bella Barn, Chandler Chapel, Taylor Barn and Bride and Grooms cottages) and all outdoor areas of Bella Woods Wedding and Event Center.
We shopped a couple of venues before we came across Bella Woods, and for each we just thought "we could find something cheaper". Looking back, I now know, that was a subconscious excuse. Their prices range with the average cost of other venues; however I believe we didn't book with the others because we were meant to book with Bella Woods.

My wife and I are beyond content with Kim and all of Bella wood's staff for the opportunity of hosting our wedding at such a beautiful venue. We have received MANY compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, mainly referring to the setting this venue provides. Kim not only held our hand while planning our wedding at their venue, but was also willing to help us speak to a vendor (after the wedding) that didn't fulfill per their contract on wedding day. We are beyond pleased with our experience at Bella woods and will return to host future parties here! 10/10 for us!

Pictures really do not do the place justice. It is GORGEOUS! Perfectly thought out and decorated. There is a separate indoor chapel so no need for a rain plan and plenty of space for cocktail hour with beautiful built in lighting in the reception hall (save that money on your DJ package!) Easily holds large weddings but not too big to make intimate weddings feel out of place. Book this!

My husband and I selected Bella woods to host our wedding on 5/8/21. When we met Kim and Darrel we knew this was the right fit. They were genuine , kind , and very down to earth . Every question we had was answered quickly and our wedding day was amazing . This venue was everything we could have dreamed of and fit our theme perfectly . If you are looking for a place to host your special day you have found it !

I had my wedding at Bella Woods 2 weeks ago and was amazing!! Our ceremony was at the Bella Chapel and reception at the barn. Which was walking distance from one another. Mr. Mays and his staff were excellent. Any questions or resources that I needed was available with not hesitation. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue. You can bring your own vendors which is definitely a plus.

When I first toured this venue, I immediately fell in love. The chapel and reception hall at the Bella site are breathtaking and everything I wanted in a venue. Darrell, Kim, and Austin are awesome people to work with. The hospitality that was shown to my husband and I as well as our vendors will always be remembered! We are so happy that we chose to have our ceremony and reception at Bella Woods in Midlothian,Tx. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The moment I walked into the venue, I knew I wanted to be married there. Darrell and his wife Kim are the owners of the venue and they did not disappoint. Darrell gave us our first tour and we were overwhelmed on how beautiful the space was. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
Three days before my wedding, my wedding planner informed me she had not ordered any Flowers! I was in a panic! No FLOWERS for my wedding!
