Majority of our patients at Divine Footcare Center, Inc. suffer from similar foot and ankle conditions; however, we treat each case individually. OH. MY. GOSH. Used zodoc to find a podiatrist that accepts medicaid. We found it and it was located in the grossest area. The door was locked, no one was there accept one doctor who is questionable in herself. So unprofessional, so filthy. We literally ran out and paid out of pocket. DO NOT GO. UNBELIEVABLE. Legitimately like a horror movie.

I would not recommend gong to this place. Before going, I called the insurance to make sure she is in-network. Then I took my wife and waited for more than an hour. While I was there, they also called the insurance and said there is no problem. After a while, they said I need to pay $165 plus for whatever the service doctor would treat I need to pay full upfront and then claim from the insurance. Because they said the insurance is borrowed insurance.
However, I have visited several doctors with the same insurance who were in-network and none had said anything like this before. They were able to

Unprofessionalism runs deep here. I had a 4:30 Friday appointment and the doctor wasn't there when I arrived. No call or email. Just some teenage kid who didn't know what to do. I wonder why people start businesses when they don't know how to run one.

At first I really liked the service the doctor is good but her staff is the worst I was supposed to have an appointment at 10 on a Friday and they tried changing it to 2:45 literally the day before my appointment! When I specifically told them I worked at 11 on top of that they told me they would call me and I never received a call from them or a check up call. Will not be coming here again or refer any family or friends here.
