"Nicole Herrmann and Anthony Marinelli sold our little old Niles Fremont home. We had tried to sell it before and the market didn't cooperate. Even though the home is backed to the railroad tracks, on an access road and only has one bathroom, it didn't faze them. The buyer was former military and using a VA loan so the process also took a bit more skill than the usual 'run of the mill' sale. They weren't at all off-put by this and even managed to sell the house 'As-Is'. Did I mention it was built in 1943?! In a time where everything is hectic, Anthony Marinelli and Nicole Herrmann made things simple. She is very good with keeping us informed and especially following up on items which needed closure.
