The school's primary goal is to prepare each student to meet and exceed the requirements of the New York State licensing exam for Massage Therapy. Our school's instructional environment fosters a solid foundation in the practice of massage therapy with numerous science classes preparing students to fully comprehend the functioning of the human body.
In 1995, the Center for Natural Wellness was created to provide surrounding communities with quality alternatives to medical treatment through massage therapy, acupuncture, and natural medicine. The Center for Natural Wellness recognized that there was a growing need for competent, caring professional massage therapists.
The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy is fortunate to have an excellent student/faculty ratio. The foundational massage technique courses have one instructor assigned to a maximum of eight tables. This provides an optimal hands-on learning experience. Our faculty understands and is completely aware that student's learn and retain information in different ways.
The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy includes more than 10,000 square feet of space for classrooms, student lounge, meditation room, student clinic, bookstore, kitchen and administrative offices. The Student Clinic is fully equipped with 20 massage booths, and a separate reception area.

If you're considering attending this school, all I can say is you won't regret it. The teachers, staff and students are AMAZING! It's like a family at this school - everyone is warm, caring and helpful. As for the curriculum, I learned so much, not only about massage, but about the human body, energy field and psychology. This is the kind of info I will use for the rest of my life, both in and outside the field of massage therapy. In my opinion, this school is A+.

This school has so much to offer. They build your confidence up. They teach you so much in so many ways to help you learn. If you struggle they offer help. They don’t let you give up. There isn’t any negativity here only positive words and actions. They challenge you. They help you with job placement. They continue to support you after you graduate. You can sign up for CE after you pass your boards with a great bunch of teachers that you grew to love.

Top of the Line! This facility is not only the best in New York it's the Best in the US. The staff is friendly and strive to educate their student to succeed. You are educated in all venues of this healing field. If a class is not in the core it is available in CE courses that are offered thourghtout the year. When you graduate you do not just leave as just a graduate, you leave feelings ready to be used to go out and touch other's lives with healing and goodness...
