Dr. Long & All of his staff is Wonderful. Always friendly, always smiling, always sooo helpful. My procedure was great & I was not a fan of the dentist in regards to any pain. Terrible...terrible service! I was overcharged over $100. I was told I would receive a refund during my next visit. I got to my next visit and Dr. Long ended up having his secretary Zelle the refund from her personal account. I had to get snappy because they acted as if they did not want to return my money. Here it is over a month later, the… filling that he did was half done. Today, I went to another dentist office because that same tooth was aching. I was told that they would have to redo the filling. I called Dr. Long's office about the filling that he previously done and was told by

Today 9/14/2021, this was my first visit to Tracey Dental, like most people I don’t like dentist. I really get worked up. Everyone at this office was so nice and professional. I really enjoyed chatting with Rita while she was doing my X-Rays. The receptionist was so polite. Dr. Dorian was gentle and quick. I have been looking for a dentist for awhile because my favorite dentist office no longer took my insurance. I am very happy with my visit today. Office is very clean and welcoming and the receptionist in the front is wonderful, so helpful and willing to do what she can to get you scheduled! Dr. Long is very kind and knowledgeable, he explains everything thoroughly and does not make you feel rushed or like you are just another patient in his schedule. Our hygienist was very sweet and personable! They added my 5yo daughter to my appointment same day with less than an 1hour notice and not only that, they were great with her and when we left she said, “they were so nice to me, i really liked it there.” 😁 Definitely recommend!!!

My first, and I am sure last, experience was not what I expected for my 9 year old son and myself. After Rita did my son’s x-rays she brought me back to where my son was. She told me to sit in the chair next to where my son was. When Dr. Long started to enter the room, he quickly pivoted and said, I guess I don’t have a chair. He went to the next room over and rolled another chair in the room. Then, he sat down and asked, so what brings you in today. Thought I’d never say this about going to the dentist, however I actually enjoyed going. Dr. Long was extremely friendly and personable and made the visit quite painless. The staff were very nice and easy to talk to. Have already recommended my friends to go see him. My wife and I have made this our official dentist.

The absolute BEST dental experience I’ve ever had! I was so nervous when I got there, but he made me feel so comfortable, and ensured I was numbed up, and felt NOTHING! I am probably the worst dental patient ever, so hearing the drill, really freaked me out, but he made me feel at ease, and made me laugh, and would stop if the anxiety came back. I will definitely go back and will trust no one else with my dental health! Thanks Doc! 🥰

I think you all will agree with me when I say going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do. But seeing Dr.Long is one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. Dr. Long and his staff are exceptional! I was in need of a new dentist and luckily his office is within a few miles of my home. I have since moved a bit further, but that won't stop me from visiting Dr. Long's office! They are all so welcoming and make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit. Let me start out by saying that I.AM.TERRIFIED. of dentists. Like... so afraid that I consider the cost/benefit of letting every tooth painfully and slowly drop out over the course of the next 40 years over going to a dentist. But eventually, pain wins. I saw his Facebook page a few years ago when he first opened up. He posts some cheesy jokes, talks about his dog, mom, aunt... normal things that Lords of Pain don't generally get caught up in. I thought "if I absolutely HAVE to go, I will go to Dr. Long, with the cute dog that named his practice after his mama.

To say this office has changed my life is an understatement. Trust me when I say I am not a person who writes reviews… especially for a dental office but once you READ this review you will understand why I felt the need to share my experience.
