Her classes did not work out for me, although she was a pretty laid back teacher and her stretches were just right for me and for many others.
She has no control over her classes (or just doesn't care) to be able to tell them that there is no talking in the studio, especially before class and classes always started 3-7 minutes late because she and students were talking.
I know we want to vent after a day's work, so do I, BUT I come to yoga to relax and stretch out any tension, not listen to everyone dumping their stories. Not cool. I've been under a lot of stress, I *need* yoga, but couldn't

Amber does such a great job instructing. ♡ I totally need this for my pain and always feel SO MUCH BETTER when I leave. Should have started this long ago...don't wait if you are considering. Great studio with warm, welcoming energy. This is yoga for everyone and I appreciate it so much. Thank you Amber!!! ♡♡♡

I love Rooted Yoga. I've done yoga on and off in a few different places, but this is by far, my favorite studio and instructor! Amber is awesome. She welcomes everyone, from kiddos to older adults. She is knowledgable, funny and has a big heart. Going to yoga at Rooted is one of the best things I've started to do regularly for myself!

I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I knew my body needed yoga, but I hated it. I went to numerous yoga studios in the area and would force myself to go and couldn’t wait for the class to be done!! So when I saw Rooted Yoga, right down the street from where I lived, I attended my first class. When I first met Amber I told her, “I… hate yoga, but I know my body needs it.” I was dealing with a bad hip and was considering a hip replacement due to a torn labrum and I was also looking into stem cell therapy. What a fantastic place and instructor. It truly is a yoga for everyone type class and is very inviting and not intimidating for us tight out of shape people. Started this week and my back pain is so much less already. I have had many many injuries and this is relieving so much of the long term pain that I have been dealing with.

I'm with Sarah on this one; I'm new to Yoga and the owner really puts in the effort to make you comfortable and accommodate you. She even helped me find and order the right yoga mat for me and my needs. She's great! Super personable and relatable. She isn't a snoot; and I appreciate that more than anything! She's real and that's important to me.
