Gyros are just the beginning. We have a wide menu including Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, Greek inspired cuisine, and more. We strive to make as much from scratch as possible, using fresh ingredients, locally sourced when possible, no fillers or preservatives, and always made with love. We make our very own stocks and broths (beef bones, chicken bones, and vegetable).
We make the chicken marinade, tzatziki, tahini, hummus, vinaigrette, pickled peppers, hot sauce, seasoning, sauerkraut, soups, chili, all desserts & treats (with gluten free and/or dairy free specials), and more added regularly. We like to test out new recipes and add specials as often as possible.

What is better than going to get food? Food coming to you! In the coolest truck! At the Hudson Valley Brewery!
Yes! This food truck is amazing (not more amazing that the coolest people that run it and make the awesome, delicious food!)
Every time we go grab some beers at the Hudson Valley Brewery we've either had food or will be going out to get food right after. We've always seen this awesome truck (super popular on the weekends) and have been dying to try it.

Gyro Uno Food Truck was my first experience trying gyro food, and i was not disappointed. A party that I was at booked the truck, they set up in the driveway and served people as they came in. The chefs are friendly and get your order quickly for the most part; however, they only have one fryer so if you want something other than what is in it at the time you will have to wait a while. The beef gyro is extremely well prepared. They have a good amount of beef, tomatoes, and lettuce, the tzatziki sauce is good, but it could have been distributed better along the pita, as it was all collected in

This truck blows any other food truck or Greek restaurant out of the water... the most tender tasty chicken I've ever had , everything is fresh , they don't skimp on portions and it's a lot for your buck. Also the people that run it are really nice, they gave us a sample of their delicious wings, honey habanero I think, and they also threw in two slices of freshly made cake as it was our first time there. Best food truck experience ever and if you are passing in the area you must stop here!!

This food truck is a gem.If your passing through Briarcliff,you have to check it out.For the rest of the summer they are acting as the concession stand for the Briarcliff town pool,look for there truck parked behind the Atria,otherwise they are parked on the northbound side of route 100 in Briarcliff.
I finally discovered them today.I ordered a gyro and it was delicious.I am looking forward to trying there souvloki and falafel.
