I first limped in over 5 years ago with a pinched nerved in my lower back that caused me excruciating pain. Today, I am pain free. These guys are great. I had a shoulder injury from a skiing accident and came to them a few months into my recovery with a nagging pain in my neck and a very weak shoulder.

I have been to Spine and Sports for three different injuries over the past ten years and each time I have had an *excellent* experience. The chiropractic and PT services combined are SO good for healing and the exercises they gave me for "homework" are just right for working into a busy schedule. They are friendly, always have an opening for an appointment, and their ability to explain and help me cope with pain was outstanding. I can't recommend the team here strongly enough!

I've been to Spine & Sport Medicine for several months now for the PT, Chiro and Massage. They really help me with my severe back pain and neck pain. I've recommended them to countless people. Dr. Kessler, JC, Andrew and Carol are the best! They are professional, kind, courteous, responsive, and want to make sure you feel your best when you leave. Every Therapist is different so its important to find a few you like, and I continue to go back as often as I can. Loved the whole experience.

I was referred to Spine & Sports by a surgeon at HHS. I went to see him because physical therapy for my rotator cuff at another PT provider wasn't getting me results and in fact things got worse. I was assigned to Ross and have made steady progress. I'm especially impressed by the careful notes he takes so he is prepared for each session -- reviewing progress and working on new issues.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with Spine and Sports. I first became a patient in 2014 working with Ross to treat my knee and have been coming back for 5 years for various other injuries and also for general maintenance. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and I have recommended this place to friends and colleagues looking for a good PT.

I've had a fantastic experience at Spine and Sports, working with Ross, JC, Carol and Arina. They greatly reduced the back pain I was feeling and have given me tools so that moving forward I feel confident I can manage the pain on my own!

Ross is amazing; he's super attentive to each individual's needs and helped me with a horrible neck/upper back spasm that I had been having for days - best PT in town!

I went to Spine & Sports a couple of years ago to treat an upper back / lower neck injury. I worked with Ross Pirowskin, who was always positive and a blast to train with. The exercises he gave me to help strengthen my back / neck are exercises I still use today, and I'm happy to report I'm in good health. My only complaint is that they don't take HMOs, but the treatment is highly specialized so it's not a huge surprise that they are out-of-network. Clean facilities, great staff, results driven. I am a fan.

Super professional and friendly, they will help you get better even if you'd had chronic pain from old injuries, which is what I had (for 3 years!). Dr. Kessler (sports and pain management) Andrew Rosenberg (P.T) and Dr. Izquierdo (chiro) etc. helped me so much with my lower back, I couldn't recommend this place enough. I've now adopted a new hygiene for life and resumed all my sports activities, pain free.

The team at Spine and Sport are excellent and have helped me through several sports-related injuries. Ross listens closely to his patients and provides care and recommendations that enable you to not only recover but gives you the tools you need for prevention. And while I typically find chiropractics scary, I have implicit trust in Dr. JC. Thanks so much to all of you for enabling me to keep on swimming, biking and running!

Michael Vechhio the office manager is a human piece of garbage!! Dr Kessler does not return phone calls. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors office. I went to see Dr Kessler, he diagnosed me with shoulder tendinitis and a back issue and recommended therapy at his office. When I asked for a prescription to go see another physical therapist -- they refused to provide, even though Dr Kessler diagnosed the condition!!! AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague!!! Ineffiecient and unhelpful staff and doctors... and if you are not feeding their physical therapy practice -- they hold your prescription

I first came to Spine & Sports in 2010, for an old ankle injury causing me a lot of pain. I saw Dr. Kessler and immediately started seeing Ross 2-3x/week for PT. After 3 months, tapering over time, I was pain free, and remain pain free now. Ross is thorough but doesn't rush healing. I have since seen Ross several times for varying injuries (different ankle injury, knee pain, wrist injury, etc).

I also began seeing Dr. JC for regular chiropractic adjustments for serious migraines and other back pain. Within a few months, my migraines were significantly reduced and I enjoyed the other benefits

These guys are great. I had a shoulder injury from a skiing accident and came to them a few months into my recovery with a nagging pain in my neck and a very weak shoulder. They diagnosed the issue, my shoulder was fine, but the muscles had atrophied and were causing irregularity in my posture, hence the neck pain. I thought i was going to be one of those people who just has neck/back issues, but they assured me with some diligence I could correct the issue. Diligence is the key, can't expect these guys to do magic without holding up your end of the bargain. But you can expect them to help

First off, EVERYONE who works at Spine & sports are true professionals. The ladies at reception are very thorough and always have a smile. The space is clean, calming, quiet and has a great inviting feel. I first limped in over 5 years ago with a pinched nerved in my lower back that caused me excruciating pain. Dr. Kessler and his staff were sympathetic to my condition and very accommodating. I received an X-ray and cortisone injections within an hour of arrival. I then proceeded to back to meet with one of the many Physical Trainers on duty. I've seen Andrew, Ross & Chris over the

This place is a scam. They tell you you only have a very low fee upfront then charge your insurance ridiculous costs for fees and injections. I was charged over $4000 in 3 days. Yes I was in pain, but this is not an ER.

My cousin recommended this place after I had a pretty bad soccer injury to my ankle. First appointment was with Dr. Kessler, he took X-rays and ruled out fractures (thank god).. turned out to be a severe sprain. They put me on a therapy schedule and my PT was Amy, who was a sweetheart. I also had some bad cramping going on in my legs and I was able to get massage therapy which was so incredible. The people are totally professional and knowledgeable and in about a month I was feeling almost ready to run again.

There's good energy in this place, and all of the therapists are super cool and
