I had my truck lifted here. Had to bring it back do to a noise coming from one of the shocks they installed. (Noise came back) I also had my suv lifted… immediately came back cuz something was really off.(they forget to tighten something! I really wanted to like this place but now…. I would only refer someone I really didn’t care for.

Great group of guys great prices. Just don’t let them align your vehicle. Got it aligned took hours just to be told they got it close. Told me rotate tires every 3 months to avoid uneven wear. Well a month and a half later the inside of my brand new tires I got from them are completely bald. Called let them know what happened said they did everything they could and when I asked about tires since I just dropped $2000 on new tires and wheels from them and they are bald due to their bad alignment said we can only charge you $450 plus tax for 2 more. Took my truck to 4 wheel parts and they confirmed

I got some bead lock rings for my Raptor and had a difficult time finding a shop that would mount them. I called Vista Tire Pros and they mounted the bead lock and balanced my wheels. I also got an alignment. I appreciate their hard work and will return for future business. They will be my go to tire and wheel shop in North County.

I went in to fix a flat. That alrtered something while they were under my car. Never had any overheating issues with it, never had any issues at all. As soon as I drove off I noticed a burning smell. And the next day my car was overheating. My car was perfectly fine when I got it checked up 2 weeks ago at jiffy lube. Nothing was wrong with it. I'll be contacting corporate about this. I would recommend going someplace else.

Nothing but great things to say about these guys. I had some unfortunate events take place at another tire shop which lost all trust so I brought my truck to these guys and asked them to rebalance all the wheels. A few hours later they called and said the truck was ready and they gave me a great deal. Highly recommend this shop as they go above and beyond.

Tire Pros is the best shop! Gabe and Anthony kept me updated on the incoming stock of the wheels and tires we wanted. It was a crazy time during COVID and they made it easy and fast. Great deal too! Also, what was most important is I didn't have to take my camper off to have the new rims and tires installed. They gave this old piece a new look. We are super happy!

I recently purchase new rim and tires,they had the best pricing around,Its sad that I couldn't give the business to a local company and had to drive 45 minutes away from Lake Elsinore to vista.!! Came in because I had a nail in my tire and wanted to see if it could be patched up. I waited 15 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help even though a couple of workers saw I had walked in. When help arrived I explained the issue to him and he took a brief look. He told me the nail was too far in and that i needed a whole new tire. I asked for the lowest costing tire which was $218. I took it to another shop and they told me this shop lied to me and that they could patch it easily. They saw I was panicking and tried to take advantage. Dont go here

Do not use this company. We purchased 4 new tires for our F350 from tire pros and paid over $100 per tire for the full warranty. We were promised that the warranty covered wear/damage/etc... Tires started to fall apart less than a year and 19000 miles later and they will not honor the warranty or return the money paid for the warranty. COMPLETELY SHADY --- AVOID

Went to costco they said they could not fix my flat try to sell me bridgestone tire which has reputation of premature ware out, costco charged me 11 dollars and took tire and rim apart.
Please give your local business the business not costco.
