Best place to bring your car. I brought my 2011 Ford Ranger on a Wednesday afternoon. By that evening I had an initial estimate with a possible issue. Gabriel called a specialist in and found another problem. My truck needed a new transmission. By Saturday afternoon I had my truck back with a brand new transmission, for a good price, and three year dealer warranty. Two weeks later I got a follow up call saying there was new software and the transmission tech was onsite to update it. Gabriel test drove to make sure everything was good, free of charge. I called before bringing my vehicle back for a retest. Asked if the 2nd test is free. They said no, its just half the price. I bring my vehicle back and they hand me a full price bill. I asked the dude, he pretended he wasn't aware that a retest was half the price, and charged me half. I asked him if half price for retest was not standard, he said the 3rd test is hull price again.
This feels shady. Im not coming back.

I took my car in here for a smog and failed so they gave me 50% the next time I returned. When I did go back the second time I had fixed all the issues they told me about and was I was fully prepared to leave the shop with a smog certificate in hand. But instead they paid very little attention to my cars engine temperature while testing the smog and they caused the car to overheat which led to the radiator hose exploding and leaking coolant all over the shop floor. The technician working on my car started arguing with me about what coolant really looked like as the liquid on the ground did not

My car needed a smog check for my registration and my usual place was not open due to the Covid 19.
Hesitant to go to a new auto shop, like most women i came here, but was quickly pleasantly surprised how professional and honest this shop operated, especially my technician Gabriel!
Gabriel was very attentive and willing to answer my million questions lol, he went far and beyond my expectations. Thank you.

This should have been a quick and easy pass, instead of throwing away $70 in 20 mins. Called before hand to get a quote for the smog before I even got there. they quoted me $60 out the door. There is not a lot of parking and it's a pain in the but to enter the area. Talked to the customer representative and let them know that I need a smog done. They said that I passed everything, but the visual inspection. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE HAND in order to see if it will pass. Therefore, you could tell the customer that it will not pass for whatever reason. In my case they did it last and

Those guys been doing my cars for years. Honest and reliable. Was having trouble with one vehicle blowing smoke when blipping the throttle which would result in failed test so they gave some ideas on how to attempt to fix at other shops without taking me to the cleaners.
They have flat dyno which is great for sports cars too!.

I had been going to another smog place up the road for several years until today.
The other place wouldn't take my car since they close for lunch at 12 and it was 11:35.
They said come.back at 1.
Luckily down the road was xray smog.
Gabriel took my car in right away. He was friendly and fast.
My old 92 accord with 240000 plus miles passed and I was out before noon.
This is how customers should be treated and I will be taking my 3 cars here from now on.

This was my review of Pass and Go Smog in Vista. As you will see, I will go to XRay Smog in the future
"Not a good experience at all at Pass and Go. My call the day before to ask if they could test my cars (one is a Porsche that some cannot test) went straight to voicemail, then ignored. I arrived the next day and the woman at the front desk, who wasn't too busy to return my call, said they can test my car but only after they take lunch. I asked if I could make an appointment for that afternoon. NO. When I asked for the owner, she said he was not there and gave me a card."
