It's been a long time coming. I have been meaning to leave a review for matress 360 Jerry our sales person. He was the best. He educated us, he had us try several different matresses. We went over the weekend and spent hours on a Saturday and hours on a Sunday until we made the decision to buy. I have back issues and it was very important for me to feel comfortable and sleep right. We had already purchased a new mattress from another company and we ended up sending it back because it was to firm. Within 2 days I was so uncomfortable. So we took our time and Jerry was so patient with us and answered

Jerry here was amazing, he poured a lot of knowledge in my brain about the different types of mattresses there were and accessories; at first I didn't really care but as we moved to different sections of the store I found the perfect mattress for my back. Im getting back surgery soon and thanks to him and his knowledge I won't be sleeping hot anymore and no more restless nights!

I do not have enough great things to say about this place. First off shop small and shop local! Chris and Jerry are amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all. We had our heart set on a mattress and the manufacture was having material issues so we could not get it… Chris promptly got us back in to pick another bed and didn’t string us along saying it might be there and just take our money. They went above and beyond and when they say they are going to do something they mean it. I’ve been in customer service jobs a long time, just spot on and top shelf service. Thanks again

Nice cozy clean mattress store. Good prices too. I went to a discount mattress place and trust me when I say there was no discount at all, lol. Anyways this place has more reasonable prices and the beds seem of good quality. I just got a queen box but I did look around. I'll be back when I need a bed for sure

Terrible. Jerry, the sales guy was extremely assuming and thought he knew everything. I layed on a bed and just happened to cross my feet, so he then proceeded to "tell" me I have a lower back problem because I did that.... Which I don't at all. He was very pushy and acted like he was the best mattress sales person on the planet. Needless to say, I couldn't stand his vibe. I went down the road to mattress firm and purchased there. I had high hopes because of the high reviews. Store was nice though.

Went there with a friend today who needed a mattress by the end of the week. Jerry the salesperson was FABULOUS! He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and made sure to meet all her needs. Not only that, but the final price on the Stearns & Foster mattress was almost $400 less than other places we had tried. I would recommend Jerry, the owner Chris (who quickly answered a question via text message) and this store to everyone!!!!

Great service. Had me in the first 5 seconds on the phone after mattress firm irritated me. Could tell immediately I was speaking to the owner, which says a lot on a Saturday.
Sales rep Jerry was top notch. Very thorough and compassionate. Knowledge was on point.

Mattress 360 is amazing! Chris is professional, friendly and best of all HONEST. I was helping my parents purchase a queen size mattress for a guest room. We went to several well known mattress stores in the Phoenix market. All were very high pressure especially when we said we wanted to think about it. I felt like we were buying a used car! I decided to look on Yelp for mattress store reviews and based on Yelp reviews we decide to give Mattress 360 a try. Boy, am I glad we did.
