While we all live in the "classroom of life, " what we learn may not bring us to a place of inner peace or fulfillment. We work longer, make more money, stay busy, and "friend" and connect virtually. But along the way, we may lose a part of ourselves as we get caught up in the whirlwind. And we may even become a bit jaded or cynical.

While these tools can complement learning, face-to-face interaction makes for lasting personal change. In addition, MDitate offers so much more than just guided meditation classes. Similarly, while online yoga and exercise instruction is useful, hands-on, in person instruction and practice, we feel, brings a most memorable and rewarding experience.
Through the wisdom of written and oral history from sages, practitioners worldwide, and our personal practices, we have seen that meditation is a tool to filter the way we see and respond to people and life events. As a result, we see things a bit clearer, as they really are, rather than how we want or wish them to be.
It has been my pleasure to have known Dr. Adam Rotunda for over 15 years. As a practicing physician and business owner who has family obligations, he has a passion for bringing balance to life. I like that students are not rushed out after class; instead, they are encouraged to stay, drink tea, and adjust slowly.
What should I wear, what should I bring and when should I arrive for my first meditation session? Come as you are! We have cubbies to store your belongings both in and outside of the studio. No need to bring your phone, but if you do we will check it in for you at the front desk. If you have the opportunity to wear comfortable clothing, that will be one less distraction.
Breathe Quiet your thoughts and calm your nervous system with this gently uplifting practice. Detach from life's difficulties and distractions as you bring your attention to each inhale and every exhale. Benefits: physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Focus Let clutter and distraction fall from your mind as you are guided to focus on specific objects, ideas, or intentions.

I've been here twice now and have loved it both times. Everyone is so welcoming and calming. They are clearly so intentional about bringing peace to those who come. From the free hot drinks, to the cookies, to the mats and blankets, the perfectly relaxing ambience, and the energy. I love it here and will keep coming back

This place is wonderful! It was such a lovely surprise. We are visiting from out of town and were looking for a place to do mediation for 2020 visualization and I am so happy we found MDitate. Everyone was extremely kind and generous. (They even provided the class with cookies and lunch to celebrate the New Year). The mediation was comfortable and very heart opening.

If I could I would give 10 stars.
I loved Mindfulness with Christy : Learn to become more aware of the present, on purpose and without judgment, to cultivate acceptance of life events and non-attachment.
Benefits: improved concentration and focus, possibly lowered blood pressure, migraine relief, reduced stress, better sleep, less reactivity, more patience, less anxiety, more compassion.
I loved Reiki meditation with Christine : A combination class with meditation and Reiki, a traditional alternative medicine technique that aims to cultivate qi ("chi") as a means to promote healing

Had a wonderful first experience at MDitate! Although I've been practicing the mindfulness discipline for a couple of years, I'd been actively searching for a group/community component and ran across this amazing sanctuary of calm serenity.
Melissa, Lacey and Jennifer were so warm and welcoming, I felt like I had found my local "tribe"...clean and inviting office, positive energies, plenty of comfy cushioning choices and smiling faces is what one can expect. Enjoyed a relaxing session and had a cookie afterwards.
Wholeheartedly recommend MDitate for beginners and more experienced

I love MDitate for so many reasons. Upon entering the door and stepping into the lobby, I feel such a sense of calm and joy. They have cultivated a space there where you are able to let it all go and really be present. From the moment I started meditating there, everyone has been so kind and genuine. I have been going there for a couple months now. I wanted to really get the feel for the space and people before I wrote a review. I can honestly say that you are not going to find a better meditation space anywhere. Melissa is so helpful in providing the information and guidance one needs to really

This was my first experience meditating in an organized, controlled environment led by an instructor. I kind of knew what the instruments might sound like (took Sound Healing with Matt) but I had no idea what it would make me feel.
I found the building no problem. There are no signs for MDitate on the outside. Gotta go through some glass door and find the suite from the inside. Melissa, the owner greeted me and got me checked in (I signed up for the class through ClassPass) and explained how everything worked. The previous class cleared up and we filled into the room. There were cushioned mats

I've been dealing with anxiety for the pass 7 months and kept hearing from numerous people how meditation helped ease their anxious mind. Never having meditated before and feeling like I had nothing to loose I decided to purchase a Groupon to Mditate. Hands down this was the best Groupon purchase I've made to date! I started with the Monday mindfulness class along with a Thursday breathing/awareness class and eventually picked up a 2nd class on Monday nights, reiki which is my favorite! At first I felt like I had no clue what I was doing but the guides/instructors were extremely gentle

I went here with my friend who is a member. The first class is free. We went to the Sound Healing meditation. I was very skeptical. However, I can honestly say that I had a great experience. It was very relaxing and intriguing. I am a very anxious person, and this exercise helped me focus on something other than daily stresses of life. I will come back here again, and I recommend trying this before going for anti-anxiety medication.

The future of wellness has finally arrived. I went to the Grand Opening of MDitate and let me start by saying the center is state of the art, well decorated, and has a very soothing atmosphere. They have hired the best teachers in meditation, mindfulness, and the mind and body connection. Opened by a Dr. who understands the importance of the mind and meditation for health and wellness. Not only do they want to help you get better at meditation but this center cares ABOUT YOU! I can see this center growing into many more locations across the country. It is also very cool because their "Intro to

MDitate is a beautiful & inviting space! My mom and I drove up from San Diego to experience a meditation class (it was our first time). We were greeted with smiles & tea. The MDitate space is such a peaceful environment. We participated in the Breathe class with David. He was patient, kind, and did a wonderful job helping us quiet our minds. His soft voice helped us be still in our bodies as well. I enjoyed the emotional peace and relaxation not only while I was there but that lasted throughout that morning and through the day.

I really enjoyed the whole vibe and experience, from the time I walked in the door, to after I left my initial meditation with a "natural buzz".
I like that students are not rushed out after class; instead, they are encouraged to stay, drink tea, and adjust slowly.
Meghan and Melissa are a pleasure to speak with, as they great you as you enter.
The location is ideal. Off of Bristol, not far from John Wayne (SNA Airport).
All of the instructors I have taken from had different styles; yet I will come back to each and every one of them.

I came here about a week ago on Saturday. I love trying new things and my usual movement involves yoga, running or weight lifting. If you want to try that, there's a million places you can go. This is the only meditation only place in Orange County that I know of. I'm the type of person that gets into routines so I thought I would change up what I try and gave this place a shot. Jericho lead a ~30 minute session of movements I would never make on my own. I was happy I gave it a try as being mindful and meditating without distractions is crucial in this world of always being plugged in
