Dari Rulai Temple offers meditation instruction and prayer services worldwide; a weekly Spiritual-healing service to our local community and a Lunar Prayer service for the benefit of All Sentient Beings accepting online submissions to the Prayer List twice a month. We also offer other types of Rites, blessings, and workshops throughout the year.
The Los Angeles Dari Rulai Temple was founded in 1998 by Living Buddha Dechan Jueren. Dari Rulai Temple offers spiritual-healing service as a part of its centuries-old religious mission of spiritual upliftment, world service and charitable activities. Our mission is to spread the Hanmi Esoteric Buddhist teachings to the worldwide community.
One of the greatest services Dari Rulai Temple offers the community is to conduct dharma rites. A Dharma Rite is a Buddhist ritual prayer ceremony where a group of esoteric practitioners gathers together and prays for a common goal. A group of practitioners who have experience working together with advanced states of consciousness can overcome an obstacle with relative ease that would be insurmountable for one person alone.
Due to current events, in-person services at Dari Rulai Temple are suspended, the Lunar New Year ceremony is available on-line only. Make Peace with the Forthcoming Year. Dari Rulai Temple conducts this daily prayer ceremony from New Moon to Full Moon of the 7th Lunar Month, traditionally known as the Ghost Month. Honoring your parents, living and deceased, and the parents of your past seven lives by participating in these Dharma Rites brings blessings to you and your descendants.

I participated in an "Assist the Deceased" Dharma Rite for my parents inside the temple after my Mother died in 2010. I had a "feel good" kind of "supernatural" experience inside the temple which I won't go into here. I'm very happy I did something for my parents after their deaths as it left me feeling happier and emotionally "lighter." Even though I've been baptized as a Christian prior to this, there aren't any Christian practices that I am aware of that even compare to the "Assist the Deceased" rite offered at the Dari Rulai

This is a wonderful group who does terrific work in offering meditation, healing and workshops to learn about what they do in there lineage of healing. They offer free healings five days a week, Wednesday through Sunday and special events and workshops throughout each month and throughout the year. They are a dedicated group of hanmi Healers from a lineage which is amazingly wonderful dedicated to the healing and end of suffering for all of creation for centuries.
