I worked with Matt Barba both to purchase my first home, and then again 6 months later to refinance because interest rates had fallen by a lot. Both times the experience was very smooth. Matt was there to give me straight answers to my questions every step of the way and most of the process was taken care of behind the scenes so I wasn't overwhelmed. I highly recommend.
