Kids At Heart is more than a child care center, it is a family. Because many of our teachers have been with Kids At Heart for over 10 years and the majority of new enrollments are referred to us by current customers, our school is a community of parents and teachers who love and support each other.

Services
Kids at Heart teaches using the research based Creative Curriculum program. The Creative Curriculum focuses on critical learning objectives broken into 4 categories: social/emotional development, physical development, cognitive development and language development. This curriculum resource helps our teachers to create lesson plans that foster meaningful learning experiences, all while having fun!
We understand the amount of worry a parent undergoes when they keep their kids away, which is why Kids At Heart has introduced an app to stay connected with all the parents. This app allows you to have all the information about your child's well being. My daughter started in June of 2018. She has done nothing but grow and learn in the best ways.
We are an equal opportunity employer and a child care provider. All children are accepted to our educational center without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, ancestry, or physical handicap. Our teachers use a popular curriculum known as Creative Curriculum. It's based on the philosophy that young children learn best by doing and playing.
To reserve a place for your child, we ask for your first week's tuition in advance. A registration fee of $75.00 is also due at this time, along with a $45 supply fee, which is due each September. These fees cover administrative costs and help to replenish supplies. We also charge a summer activity fee which covers a portion of the cost for extra summer activities and transportation.
Your child's health is important to us. If your child becomes ill while at Kids At Heart, you will be notified to pick him or her up immediately. In such an event, your child will be isolated from the other children until you arrive and you must make arrangements to pick up the sick child within one hour of notification.

We are so impressed by KAH! Everyone from the owner to director to teachers is kind and competent, and we feel confident our daughter is in excellent hands when she is there. It’s been a rough couple of years with COVID, and KAH has been so very thoughtful and reliable, communicating any changes promptly and clearly to keep kids and staff safe. Choosing a center to take our daughter to each day is not a decision we took lightly, and we are beyond thankful we found KAH to love and support our girl.

I cannot say enough good things about Kids at Heart! Both of my children have attended KAH since they were 12 weeks old. All of the teachers are so friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. My kids love going to school and I'm amazed at how much they learn each day. It truly feels like the teachers love my children like their own. The owners and director are lovely and it's evident how much they care about the parents, the children and their employees. They have also handled the pandemic wonderfully and I am so appreciative of everything they do. We love KAH!!

I had the privilege of photographing the students and working with the staff at Kids at Heart this morning, and as a former childcare provider and teacher, I couldn't help but recognize the amount of love, care, and joy that fills the KAH building. The entire staff is so genuinely kind and the students feel safe in their care. As a mom, I know finding reliable and safe childcare can be a tedious task. My daughter had the opportunity to spend time in the two-year-old classroom earlier this week, and when it came time to go, she didn't want to leave which is the greatest testimony of all. Thank you

We have been sending our two kids to KAH for over four years. While our oldest is off to Kindergarten, we wouldn’t even consider moving our youngest away from the amazing staff and environment he has grown to love. Our family cannot recommend Kids at Heart highly enough, from infant care all the way through preschool.

I just started sending my little daughter to kids at heart and I'm thankful to have this opportunity. This is the first week for her and I’m in love with this great childcare place. The wonderful staff, equipment, and learning programs made me so fascinated and proud to send my little to this place. I love that they are using an amazing App to let me see how my daughter is performing. I'm so excited to see the outcomes that she will take from their advanced learning programs. We LOVE Kids at Heart! When my son started here, he was a pandemic baby and used to being with mom and dad ALL of the time so we were really nervous about the adjustment. Now, my 18 month old walks himself in. Waves to everyone, everyone knows his name and makes him feel so special like he is family. It’s been a phenomenal fit. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend for all your childcare needs! I spent 9 years being a teacher at this wonderful little place and I can't say enough good things about it. From the curriculum to Ms. Vicky's nutritional lunches to the summer fun family parties, you will not be displeased. The owner and director are on-site and truly the best bosses I've ever had, the teachers and staff are knowledgeable and patient, and the child/ parent relationships are definitely something I will miss everyday. Do not hesitate to bring your kiddo here!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kids at Heart. We were warmly welcomed into the Kids at Heart family when our daughter was just 8 months old. We came in with an infant, and are leaving 4+ years later with a kindergarten-ready little girl.

My children have attended Kids at Heart from the age of 1. Leaving children in the care of others is challenging, and I’ve always felt at ease knowing my kids are cared for by the staff at Kids at Heart. I love getting daily reports and hearing how much fun my kids are having and how much they are learning. I truly feel my children are ready for kindergarten knowing they’ve had structure and academic tasks in their time attending preschool at KAH. My daughter has been attending Kids at Heart since age 2 and she's now 4 & 1/2. We absolutely love this place. The teachers are amazing with the kids, they really work with them in all areas (emotional, cognitive, etc.), they are caring, attentive to their needs, patient, but also strong on rules and careful that every kid strive at learning. I'm really thankful that our paths crossed with KAH, Kim Ogle (the director/principal) and all the teachers.

My son has gone to kids at heart for 6 months now. From the start this place has been great. They worked with me on my concerns about moving him into daycare part time. They allowed me to shift the days he's watched when they are closed for the day (for holidays and such).
They provide daily reports on his eating, what he did and his mood. It provides insight for his mother and I to know how long his nap was that day, how much did he eat, etc.
Kim and crew do wonderful. My son enjoys going there and has grown socially as a result.
