Services
Logos: Garments with a logo must not be washed with chlorine bleach. Chlorine bleach WILL fade the logo and eventually remove the design. Do not iron. The heat from the iron will melt or damage the logo. Shirts: Turn inside out and machine wash in warm water. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. DO NOT over dry.
Size charts are located in your school's shopping cart, with each uniform item, just below the size choices. As sizing varies by manufacturer, we encourage you to check the size chart for each item you order. Measure your child using a cloth measuring tape or you may measure clothing similar in style.

Since 1947 but still "dumb" process to serve people. They would open at 9.am and would start giving numbers till 80s and start serving them actually after noon? I mean what is the point of giving out the numbers then so early? And where was your staff in thhe morning? People leave and rest at their homes and appear in between to be served. That prolongs the queue you are already suffering in. Come on make the store open for everyone, put some carts in, let ppl buy and pay. We never waited this long ever in any store or even at ER. Worst experience

Very very slow services. Waited for almost 4 hours to get in. I don't know why there is 1800s system and why it is not like other clothing stores. Some people took number in the morning and came back later which is I guess not fair with the people who waited there continuously. Horrible place but they have contracted with my kids school so no choice.

Plan on spending about 4 hours here. I saw the reviews about great service and all, none.
Place is run like the DMV. Just take a number and wait. No updates, no talking. Zip, zero, nada.
However, you have their utmost attention when it's time to take your money! Just like the DMV!
Bring a cooler, food and a comfortable chair. You will be here for a awhile!!!!

I understand how busy they are right now… but they do not answer the phone, full voice mail so you can’t leave them any voice messages, do not reply to emails, so I had to go in person just to ask about the status of my order. The lady at the front desk checked my order number, went in the back and came back to tell me that my order was not ready and if I came in early the next morning someone will help me with it. And I unfortunately assumed that this was true. So I did what I was told, came in at 9:30am , waited my turn which was close to 1:00pm, and low and behold, they shipped the itemsâ€

Check the voicemail complaining they can't find employees because unemployment benefits were extended during a pandemic. Clearly they exploit employees by not paying a living wage, or require masks for employees, while politicizing people hurting during a pandemic. Just take responsibility, its the same delays and inability to keep up with demand every year. They have old systems, have not upgraded technology, so they cannot handle volume. Instead they choose to blame unemployment benefits for their poor service.
