Poor quality of material. Overpriced in comparison to other well made softball pants. Returns are a headache and the sizing is completely off in comparison to every other softball brand. Ordered a YL when we usually wear a YM thinking we would have room to grow. The YL was way too small. Ended up paying $25.00 for a return which is not refundable. Ridiculous. Will never order here again.

Horrible customer service. Uniforms are cute, and good enough quality for the little girls. But once they hit travel ball and more competitive play they fall apart so easily. So disappointed.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. Abrasive and so disorganized. The uniforms are great looking, but the jerseys are cheap that tear and snag easily. Very overpriced. Do not use them!!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. My daughter has worn gluv pants for years and has multiple colors right now in the same size. One of the pants she has we just bought in sept/oct has completely ripped on the inner seams. I paid alit of money for just 1 pair so all I wanted was an even exchange right. I called the office and spoke with Jonathan. After explaining that I didn't have the order information He told me as long as they aren't ripped from sliding we should be good and to just email pictures. So I did that and receiving such rude replies from Sylvia

Tried to order 2 pairs of pants when they had the 20% off plus free shipping but kept ringing up with shipping fee. By the time I reached customer service they told me there was a glitch & sale was over. Not the best customer service.

My daughter LOVES her Gluv pants. My only disappointment came recently when I emailed the company asking about a particular order. A member of the management team wrote me back without a greeting, a proper ending (such as Thank You, etc) or an apology for the confusion with my order. It was a very cold email. An email that I would never send to a customer.

Owner treated our girls to factory tour and explained how their pants were made.

Want to THANK Sue, for helping me make a terrible mistake that I made when placing an order, a complete turn around success. I was extremely strapped for time( again totally my fault) and she made the situation so easy, If it weren't for her being so courteous and willing, my daughter would not be able to play in a PGF qualifier this weekend. I forgot to mention I live in Arizona, so she made all this happen even through the distance. Thank you Thank You Sue!!!

TheGluv Athletique is definitely the place where you can find quality athletic apparel for girl's and women's softball pants and custom uniforms, they provide great customer service and quick turnaround times.

On-line customer service is not up to expected standards. They are not diligent in responding to emails, and returns for a different size receive no acknowledgment or communication. Stay away online if you want rapid service.

Oh my gosh!! I love these pants and company! My daughter started with a new team this week and needed pants ASAP they made her pants and had them ready for pick up in less then 20 mins! On top of that, they gave us a coupon for 10% off. Amazing!

The best place ever to get softball uniforms, fits women and girls great

Owner and management have no care about their factory employees lack of simple driving in a business parking lot. These employees repeatedly ram right into parked cars and try to blame it on innocent damaged car owners as they try to run away from cooperation with state law in providing their insurance information to the victim. Call police and press charges for hit and runs.
