Organized Sportswear

Our middle school has ordered from Organized Sportswear the entire time I have worked here (four years) and before. They are extremely helpful and very easy to work with. The product is of high quality and very reasonably priced.

This is the second year we have ordered our PE Uniform shirts and shorts from Organized Sportswear. They make the design and ordering process very easy, provided me great order form to hand out to our families and the shirts and shorts looks great! They have very reasonable prices which makes it affordable for our families and quick turn around time from when I placed my order. We will continue ordering our uniforms from Organized Sportswear in the future. :)

We have worked with Organized Sportswear for many of our school clubs. They listen to our ideas and make them even better with their designs! Orders arrive promptly and accurately

I have used OSW for several years now. They have very competitive pricing, if not the least expensive. The turnaround time is typically only 2-3 weeks on an order even when I place it at a busy time like the beginning of the school year. The ordering process is simple and quick. They are always very prompt in returning emails and answering questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

I have been working with Organized Sports for about 20 years and the company is superb! If something wasn't right they fixed it and did it quickly. I have received many offers to have my PE wear done by many different companies and not one could match the customer service, price, and efficiency of Organized Sports!

I too have worked with Organized Sports for over 20 years, although I've taken the past two years off once they moved to Orange County. Due to disappointing work by the companies I've used for the past two years, I just returned to them.

The current management must have listened to the previous negative reviews, because I just put in an order and received it a week early. It was perfect quality, and Im now preparing two new orders. My sales person has been helpful and responds to me within 24 hours. They are truly back to the excellent company they were in previous years.

As a long-time customer I am giving Organized Sportswear a five-start rating because of their excellent customer service. For five years I worked with OSW while I was an office manager at a Middle School, they supplied the PE Uniforms for over 1,000. students. Even when there were issues with the delivery or the order, the OSW was always available to answer my questions, to hear my concerns and to offer an alternative solution. Our order is placed for PE uniforms for our middle/high school. I appreciate the ease of ordering, the timeliness of receiving our order and the quality of the product. When one of the products that we had purchased in the past was no longer available the customer service department sent us samples so that we could make sure the replacement item would work for our needs.

OSW is by far the best place to purchase PE clothing. I sent them our design years ago, and they quickly sent us a sample for review. When I place an order each year, they ALWAYS get our order to us in a timely manner. Needless to say, OSW is they cheapest that we've found WITH THE BEST QUALITY. Customer service is fantastic!! Trust me! BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!

The process went smoothly. I ordered t-shirts for my after school program. I needed several sizes.When they arrived they were nicely labeled. The T-shirt quality was great with the logo well printed. The shipping was quick.

We have looked to OSW since 2009 for our biannual family reunion t-shirts and they never disappoint, going above and beyond our expectations. Everyone is so down to earth, yet very professional. Quality of the product, design and customer service is of the utmost importance. The timing of delivery has been fantastic. We receive our orders at least 1 week prior to the estimated delivery date. I have had the pleasure of working with Wendy for our last 2 events. She is responsive, respectful and cares greatly for customer satisfaction. I hope to work with her and the OSW teams for many years to come

I ordered PE uniforms from this company and they did an amazing JOB! I did everything in email and they nailed it. The turn around time was perfect. Our school will be purchasing uniforms from this company in the future. Very Professional and kind. Thanks for the great experience!

I have seen the one starred reviews and glad I had a better experience. We have used Organized Sportswear a few times for Phys Ed t shirts and sweat shirts. We've already placed a few orders. Prices are reasonable and they come in about 2 weeks. I recommend to any school.

Very poor service. We ordered in August and received half of it in December and the other half in January when it was supposed to be take about 3 weeks. My understanding is the company changed owners and unfortunately the new management is terrible. Not only did our order take 5 months but when the sweatshirt portion of the order came in it was misprinted. They were pretty unapologetic about the mistake because they said the sweatshirts were still in good condition. We had to return all the sweatshirts (although it is winter and cold and our kids have been waiting for months) and wait again

Horrible business practices. Placed PE clothes order in April for July delivery; $5k. Half of the order came (shorts), but the other half didn't until after my sales event. Upon calling, the rep apologized and blamed their supplier (as if customers should care). When asked why no notification, rep replied that they were trying to contact people; the company dropped the ball similarly with at least 4 schools in my district and not one received a call or an email.

Bill time: asked for a discount for late delivery and they ignored me, sending the bill to various other people in my organization

I would highly recommend NOT using this company! They are very UNorganized. The whole process was a nightmare. They have push my order back 4 different times! We order 1,500 uniforms and had to explain to parents and students that we did not receive the uniforms on more than one occasion. There is NO customer service! When the date for arrival passed, I had to place a phone call and that is when they would make another excuse pushing back the order another whole month. Our PE Department has used this company in previous years, they were always pretty bad but this by far has been the worse

Should be called DIS-organized Sportswear. I placed my +$5,000 PE uniform order in April for a July delivery. Never arrived and they can't even find order!! Just had Orientation for 1,400 students and no PE uniforms to sell them. I have been with Company for 20+ years and am appalled at the way I was treated trying to find order. Sales rep lied to me many times, told manager would call me, never happened! I asked for managers direct number and was told she doesn't have one! I could keep going but why? I have moved my $10k a year in business to another company but wanted to warn others
