I ordered an A2 flight jacket on December 30, 2020. It arrived in The Netherlands on February 3, 2021. It was too large and I emailed to customer service about a return immediately. An exchange was unfortunately out of the question, given the shipping costs and customs taxes that I need to pay each time an item is shipped (totaling appr. $200). Also, I needed to pay the return shipping costs including insurance of about $70.
I returned the jacket promptly on February 4 with the return slip indicating a full refund of the price of the jacket. I enquired on March 1st whether the jacket had arrived

Went there to buy a liner for my us wings m65. The jacket comes with a standard liner with open cuffs. I wanted a liner with knit cuffs for added warmth. They told me they had it in stock. What they had was a quilted jacket with knitted cuffs that I guess if you wanted you could wear it under the jacket as a liner but you definitely couldn't attach it to the m65 as a buttoned in liner. This would have been even more annoying if I had traveled any distance to get to the store after they assured me that they had what I was looking for. I was also told I would never find the type of liner I was looking

Looking at buying another leather jacket from US Wings, and noted some of the poor reviews, so here is my story. Bought an A-2 leather flight jacket (DWCNO.30-1415 A.C. Contract) from the via mail order in 2004. No issues, and it was a very well made jacket when it arrived.
I wear it every fall and spring. Now, 16 years later, it looks as nice as when it was new. The stitching has held just fine, and the knit fabric used on the waist and cuffs is just as tight as new, no cracking of the leather finish - areas where cheap jackets fail over time. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for.

An amazing jacket... I have been scouring online for a good leather jacket when I came across US Wings. With more research I found that their company was veteran-owned and operated which means a great deal to me. I saved up the money and bought myself the Indy-style buffalo leather jacket (as I am also a fan of the Indiana Jones series of movies) and it was everything I expected and more. The jacket itself has that old-world feel to it that I love and you can just feel the durability of it. I ordered the Signature Series Vintage Cowhide Indy-Style Adventurer Jacket, size XLT and was very disappointed with the product shipped. I have attached photos to illustrate that the snaps at the top and bottom of the zipper wind flap are missing. Also it would appear the 2 separate SKU numbers on the jacket DO match each other, but, they DO NOT match what is on the paper receipt included in the shipping box, nor the US WINGS website so I emailed customer service. The entire US Wings organization is truly a class act. From Hack to Mike on the phone. They will get it done. I just received my A2 Jacket back having the Zipper replaced. It looks like it was the original Zipper. I will be proud to wear my A2 jacket dedicated to "Joker". The 98 Bomb Group,415 Bomb Squadron flying Bad Boy B-24s will live on as I wear my US Wings Jacket with Pride like my Father did his. Many Thanks !

Stopped at the retail shop today. Purchased the "Indy" jacket and am well pleased with the look and quality. The price was good, and received a veterans discount as well. Then the staff included a hat and a book at no extra charge. Met the owner and had a wonderful conversation with him. It was a great experience and I have nothing negative to say. I was so thrilled with my new US WINGS US AIR FORCE A2 leather flight jacket that I purchased a beautiful US NAVY G1 leather flight jacket a couple of weeks later ! Their stunning looking jackets and I will treasure them for years.

Most pilots are familiar with US Wings because of their leather jackets and other aviation accessories. I had a great experience their customer service when I needed to exchange a jacket. I was given a leather jacket in the summer, but unfortunately it was the wrong one. After moving cross country and starting a new job, I finally got around to exchanging it. The woman on the phone was very nice, and the lady working the register was extremely helpful when I went into the retail store. I love their products, and will definitely use them in the future. Great customer service is hard to find!
