I'm Stephanie, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Columbus, Georgia. I've been working in the Columbus/Ft. Benning mental health community since 2003, and am a graduate of Columbus State University. Currently, I am in private practice with the group Lakebottom Associates, LLC. Services
Providing individual, couples and family counseling. Telemental health (online video counseling through a HIPAA compliant platform) now available, and covered by many insurance providers. Therapy for Anxiety Disorders including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please note, I am a Tricare certified provider but have recently left the in-network contract. Please contact your insurance carrier for further information regarding coverage and benefits.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $40 fee prior to scheduling your next appointment.
