This is the best insurance office I have ever had. Your not a number your a person. My agent Justin has been amazing, while I have been going through all the unpleasant things you have too go through when in an accident. Horrible experience. Already switching insurance and I haven’t even been with this company for two months. Julie has horrible customer service, and completely failed to give accurate information on my premium costs.
Made a review on Facebook, and I have Craig Hayes sending me a message on his personal account on there. Creepy. Unprofessional. And I’m so glad I am set up to switch to a new agency on Friday!!

Of course State Farm is a great company, but there are so many different State Farm offices to choose from! I love working with the folks at Craig Hayes State Farm. I was confused about insurance before I met the folks at Craig's office. Craig and the group of people in his office went above and beyond to help me with my insurance questions. They actually took time to listen to my unique needs and they thoughtfully recommended solutions to fit them. They never tried to 'sell' me and every time I've had questions, I am treated like family rather than a number. I truly feel that they're here for me anytime. Highly recommended!!!
