Our dedicated staff is managed by Enrique Umpierre, MD who is fully trained and board-certified in Pain Medicine, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with subspecialty in Spine/Musculoskeletal Medicine.Along with him, our office wants to work directly with the patients to help them improve their level of functioning and decrease their suffering.

Dr. Umpierre was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He attended the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with Magna Cum Laude in 1992. After receipt of his Bachelor's degree he received his Medical Degree with high honors from University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences Campus, in 1996.

They only care about money the doctor has no bedside manners he's not compassionate- very cold man in my personal opinion and I was in pain and could not pay my copay and they wouldn't let me get my injection and im 57 and medicaid does not pay all of my benefit.They have signs all over the office about money and co-pays- its unfortunate that money is more important than the patient.

When I first went to this office I didn't know what to expect. After I met the staff and Dr. Umpierre I was impressed with their courtesy and professionalism, Dr. Ump really looks out for his patients. He's very understanding and investigate your health problems to give you the help you need with your pain. 😀

It’s not right that a patient my grandfather 69 year old man forgot his money at home and they would not see him after he told them he would bring the money after the appointment. I understand if he was a new patient but he has been seeing the doctor for many years and always pays !!!!!!! But on top of it all The receptionist wanted to charge him $25 for not going to his appointment unbelievable !!!!!!! He will not be attending this doctors office again horrible....... I would have put no stars.

This is the worse place to go. They make appts for you without telling that the drs are on vacation and you're paying to see a PA who can't help you. I'm so disgusted with and don't try to talk to someone. That's impossible. You have to lie and say you want to make an appt., then they put you on hold and will not pick up again.

Dr Umpierre and his "team" are amazing, the minute you walk in the door you know you are with "The Best"

Everyone from manageress to ladies behind the scenes and receptionist , and my nurses ! every single person is
