Services
As a Board Certified Pain specialist, Dr. Powell provides non-interventional pain management. Treatment options include pain medications, medical marijuana, Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), physical therapy, diet and exercise, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) along with other treatment options personalized towards each patient.
The patient portal allows patients to enter demographic information, medical information, and acknowledge required documents online through a secure login. It allows information to be exchanged securely and in full compliance with HIPAA. The Patient Portal allows patients to provide information from the comfort of their own home and reduce time during their office visit.
Patients need to create an account through the online portal to enter medical history information. This can be done anytime prior to your appointment or in our office prior to your visit. Patients also need to bring a copy of the most recent MRI, CT scan or X-rays. Dr. Powell is Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Family Medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice.

Dr Powell is a life saver to say the least I'm in the AutoBody business and if you know anything about doing AutoBody then you know how hard it is on your body. Coincidentally a few years back I got rear-ended by a drunk driver and my back hasn't been right ever since. Fast forward today Dr Powell has me back on track to doing my day to day for my business. Although I'm not a patient of yours, reading these positive reviews gives me hope. I've seen several pain management Dr's in the past who don't take the time to listen and instead of helping with my chronic pain, they decrease the amount of my pain meds. I suffer 😞 greatly in pain. I have been with Dr Powell for over 4 years and would not trust my care to anyone else. He actually listens to what I have to say and spends time asking about my health and well being. I had my first visit with Dr. Powell. He was great. An air force vet, that actually understands the problems I have. He asked more questions in my time with him than my old doctor asked in 1.5 years. I had no problem filling the medication. Great doctor and definitely one im going to see for a long time. I appreciate doctors that understand the needs of their patients. Great doctor.
