Even though we do our best to bring you the best care possible, once in while things can happen that reverse all the hard work that we've performed for you. That's why we stand by our hard work with our warranty policy! Repair work done in-store is warrantied for 60 days from the date the customer picks up the equipment from our store, with the exception of Mobil Phone Screen/LCD Replacements.
Computer Works accepts several methods of payment via credit card as well as Paypal, business checks or certified money orders. Bad checks are subject to a $50.00 fee and legal action. All Repair work done in-store is warrantied for 90 days from the date the customer picks up the equipment from our store.

This business and the family that runs it is truly amazing! Last month a nurse who works as a traveling nurse going all over helping with the COVID response at different hospitals, came in to trade things in to get money to pay her rent that fell past due. Her intention was to buy the items back within a few weeks once she got her next check. Trading in things that you use everyday just to make ends meet is not easy and during these tough times we all know what that feels like! The owner did something that was completely unexpected and gave her the items back and lent her the money she needed to

I was trying to replace my laptop battery and one of the screws was completely stuck. I brought it to staples and they stripped the screw then said it was stuck too hard and they couldn't help me. this was the only place i could find on google still open in the evening so i came in and the man behind the counter had it out in 15 seconds and didn't charge me. great place.

Bought a refurbished computer for my bosses daughter who lives in the area and we are in Georgia. They were very helpful in helping me choose a computer for her and when she had an issue with the computer she took it back and they switched it out for her without any problems. I have had several things fixed at this store over many years and it was worth it. The owner is above and beyond friendly and has become like family to us. The store and employees always has a warm welcome and friendly spirit. The prices are reasonable and there always flexible. They never treat there customers like a number. There friendly, warm, caring and show great interest in people. I have seen them many times go above and beyond to meet the needs of customers. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for not just service, but a reasonably priced, warm, friendly atmosphere

Awesome customer service and super helpful staff. They make sure the customer 100% of what's going on with their product and provide an array of options for customers. I brought both of my laptop computers for diagnostics. One PC had maxed out it's hard drive memory and they sold me an external hard drive for a discounted student price!!! For my other PC, the owner agreed to trade in my laptops in exchange for a new Google chromebook! Couldn't be any more thankful for coming here!
