We have been with Steve Corder over 30 years and we LOVE the customer service we get from Steve and all his staff. Anytime we talk to Cindy we feel like we are part of a family and not just a number/customer of State Farm. We could change to another insurance company and possibly get lower rates but we don't because of Steve and his staff. As long as Steve is our agent we will remain State Farm customers

Such amazing customer service! Recently I was rear-ended (hit and run situation) and afterwards I realized maybe I had too MUCH coverage in some areas, and maybe not enough in others. Abby at Steve Corder's office stayed on the phone with me OVER AN HOUR to go over every line item on my coverage and worked the math with me over and over again so we could make sure we got the package that worked in my best coverage AND financial interests.

I've had my home and car insurance with Steve since 1981. I added my life insurance and IRA later that year. When my children were born, I added life policies for them. My kids are now grown and using Steve as their agent also. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have referred friends who have thanked me because of the great service. This is a huge stress saver in a stressful world.

I really do enjoy the Steve Corder Agency is not only the most knowledgeable insurance agency I've ever worked with, but also the easiest, friendliest, giving and most caring agency. They respond quickly to your needs & always follow-up to ensure you are taken care of. Yes, if you shop hard enough I am sure you can find some discount prices out there, but what you won't find is better customer service that Steve, Betty, & Cindy give you in your time of need.
