Have been with this company many years. When John ran the company, always received the best customer service. Not anymore!!! Called to make payment on homeowner's. Person at front desk was rude and confrontational. No suggestions of alternate ways to make payment during pandemic. If you're looking for customer service don't look here. Needless to say I'm looking for another agent.

Jeri Fry, at Fry Integra Insurance Services, was very knowledgeable in every question I asked her about my policy.
