While I can't really say anything bad about the place, I needed a heated room with a bed and shower and those were provided. The beds were clean and comfortable but the bath was certainly dated, lacking any bathroom ventilation and it took forever to get hot water. Be aware the rooms are very small 20x20 or so. What you see is what you get in the pictures , nothing more. No place to sit inside besides one desk chair, it was a little tight with 2 twin beds and 4 people in the room. Probably not an issue during the summer when you can go outside or in a single bed room; I just expected something

This motel was known as The Flip Inn. The new owners went beyond my expectations to be sure we were happy with our stay. They were very friendly and very helpful when we had a problem. The cable wasn't working, but they contacted the cable company and demanded the cable company come out that day to fix it.They did. Keep in mind, that it's not the Hilton but a very quaint hotel in the Adirondacks. We highly recommend anyone to stay at this motel. Five stars.
