I've been here several times as I live close by and they offer several tofu dishes. The food is always fresh, vegetables always cooked tender-crisp, rice is fluffy and flavorful, and the tofu is airy and delicious. Favorite items are the Garlic Szechuan Tofu and veg, veg soup and lo mein. Prices aren't bad either, especially considering the portion sizes. I also love that they use 100% vegetable oil (and sparingly--unlike other Chinese restaurants) and not lard like a lot of Chinese restaurants tend to do. I know this may be more traditional but it's way too overpowering for my tastes

I dislike giving poor reviews.
That being said, the Uncle Ben’s microwave rice (listed as fried rice) and soggy all the way through “honey chicken” was the last of three chances I will give this restaurant. The egg roll tasted like a store bought microwaved egg roll and every dish we received tasted terrible.
I want local businesses to thrive but they need to earn it by being more than conveniently located in a restaurant desert that is Franklin Township.
Food was good edible and no one got sick. That’s why they got 2 stars.

I’ve been eating at Li’s garden since they first opened. The food is always good and the owners are top notch. My only gripe is the customer service people they have hired in the last year or so. Rude is an understatement. I gave it a 4- star review because their food is really good but they need to do something about the front desk.

Shrimp fried rice with upsell of snow peas. Plenty of shrimp and snow peas. The container was seriously packed. In the pic, I had already taken out two heaping helpings from rice. It was so delicious by itself, it didn't need any soy sauce or anything. Easy to do order on line, call or order when you arrive. Pay when you get there. Line was short. Getting food went fast. No dine in right now. No pic but I also got the hot and sour soup. I loved it. It didn't have a sweet taste to it which is what I really liked about it. That and it was so flavorful. I will definitely go back!

Lobster fried rice, seafood delight, crab rangoon.
The Lobster Fried Rice: I suspect they are passing off crayfish tails as lobster. No lobster that I know is that tiny (the tails were about as big as the tip of my finger). And regardless whether or not they were lobster or crayfish tails, they were WAY over cooked, like little bullets with a funky taste. I had to throw this out, it was pretty gross.
The Seafood Delight: It was okay. Tasted fresh. A little bland. Again, crayfish tails....
The Crab Rangoon: Never had a bland crab rangoon but these were close, yet they did have some flavor

I ordered takeout from here last night. I ordered chicken teriyaki, sweet-and-sour chicken, fried rice and plain lo mein noodles for my kids and I. They sent me two orders of sweet-and-sour chicken and no teriyaki chicken so one of my kids refused to eat because it wasn't what she ordered. The rice was bland and had no flavor. The lo mein noodles were overly greasy and had no flavor. The chicken and sweet-and-sour sauce were worse than frozen sweet and sour chicken.
$30 for this food. Next time I'll just order pizza.

This is the BEST Chinese food establishment I've ever experienced. I've traveled all around the USA and tasted foodmfood from other Chinese dining places and this ranks top of the list. They are consistent, reliable, everything tastes fresh, and they always get the order right. We love that they are near our neighborhood! 5 Stars!

Where to begin...I don't think I've ever experienced bland Chinese food. I love the touch less delivery, the Crab Rangoon was filling. But we ordered the Happy Family and my family wasn't happy at all! There wasn't enough seafood, maybe three shrimp and a few crawfish tails but more chicken and veggies than anything. But mostly bland and my tastebuds are just fine!

My family raves about this place, but I was disappointed. It is super cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for. The meat is some of the lowest quality I have ever had. The fried rice was nearly tasteless and just unappetizing. I will not return. I would much rather pay a few dollars more to have better quality and taste. I will say, the staff was very friendly.

Hands down the best Chinese in Indy! Their Crab Rangoon's have no rival! They make everything to order! You won't find a place that puts this much passion into their food for the price! Our family has been eating here for 4 years and they NEVER disappoint! You might have to wait from time to time but the quality is ALWAYS worth the wait!

This place is super popular on the south side & I've been wanting to try it for 2 years but never did until now. I had high hopes! I ordered the crab rangoon, hot & sour soup, general tso's chicken, & szechuan chicken. The only thing that had any flavor was the general tso's; everything else was SUPER bland & very disappointing the soup was very phlegm-like & had no flavor. The szechuan chicken had no flavor & definitely wasn't spicy at all. Compared to other Chinese places, it's expensive for the quality of food that you get. Won't be ordering

Li's garden was everything that my cravings needed; slightly spicy, very saucy, delicious and at a great price point. I got the dinner meal of General Tso with white rice and it was a 10/10. The location is convenient for Franklin and Warren township and the service was quick and kind. I am so glad that there is a close Chinese shop that serves delicious options.

Li's Garden is your typically Chinese food. I usually get General Tso chicken at Chinese take-out restaurants, but I'm not a fan of their General Tso chicken. The sauce seems almost like it has a texture of ketchup, so I would probably not recommend the General Tso. The sweet and sour chicken is of what can be expected. I can recommend the egg drop wanton soup, which is a nice combination of egg drop and wanton soup.
The lunch and dinner specials are reasonably priced.
If you're in the area, Li's is a good option.

Li's Garden is a pretty safe option for Chinese food. They always have good service and your order is ready quickly. We tend to order over the phone and then go and pick it up. They have never gotten our order wrong. Truthfully, their fried rice isn't my favorite. However, I really like the pork lo mein and sweet and sour pork. The vegetable soup is actually amazing. My husband also really likes the Singapore mei fun noodles, although they are a bit spicy for me.
