At Four Corners Inspections we inspect homes all across the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex. A typical home inspection will take from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours depending on the size of the home that is being inspected. The home inspection will cover all aspects of the home including structural systems, plumbing systmes, electrical systems, HVAC systems, appliances as well as some optional systems such as lawn sprinklers, swimming pools, and more.
Bryan did a great job on the thorough home inspection. The highly detailed report is really helpful and has tons of pictures and outlines steps to fix everything. The home is a former foreclosure property, purchased "as-is" so it was very important that every detail was looked at. I am a local real estate agent and my buyers used Bryan as there inspector on their recent home purchase.
