Peter Cano was fantastic. He not only did a great job on the inspection but also taught us a few things. It felt like he wanted us to be knowledgeable about our home. He took the time to explain things. Explain the reason something needed to a particular way. I would give him 10 starts if possible. Highly recommend him to anyone that needs their home inspected.

Absolutely amazing experience! Peter is so nice, super honest and thorough! He caught a gas leak during our inspection which the gas company tried to deny existed. Peter was not only able to verify the leak for them but also check their work after they fixed the problem. Definitely will be recommending and using him again! You won’t be disappointed!

Peter was great!! He showed up 15 mins early to my house to perform my 11 month warranty inspection. He even brought DOUGHNUTS! :) He explained everything he found and the hazards they could cause if not fixed. He went on the roof, into the attic, tested electrical sockets, appliances, etc. He was very thorough and found things I had no clue of, including a hole in my attic and a duct being too close to a hot pipe that could cause serious issues down the line. I would highly recommend him to do your inspection!

Peter just completed an 11 month home warranty inspection, and I am super happy to say, what a joy it was to what him work! He's very thorough, and explained everything he found what it would take to fix or repair with an outside professional, and the reasoning behind getting items fixed as soon as possible. He answered all my questions as well as the agents questions. Peter is knowledgeable, professional, personable and polite! This is the second home he has done for me, I 110% would recommend Peter anyone looking for a home inspection.
