Phase 1 consists of 94 tan vinyl sided individual units in 24 four-plex buildings. Phase 2 consists of 140 grey duplex units in 70 buildings. Units are one or two bedrooms.
A one-bedroom unit can house a maximum of two people, and a two-bedroom unit can house up to four people. Phase 2 is the more wooded part of the property. Unique to the property is that natural heating gas is piped in from underground. Water is supplied by Hampstead Area Water Company. Fire and rescue service is provided by a very responsive volunteer department.

The lawn crew is atrocious. They leave tooth floss, cigarettes and other personal items on your lawn and garden. They enter your garden and weed whack the actual plants, leaving the weeds behind. They mow the grass so short it dies in the early summer. Which is a shame, as their snow removal tears up your yard every year.
