I have been a client for many years. I appreciate the personal service, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The frames they carry are first class, they might be a little pricey but they last forever! I have a pair of Lindberg frames that I have updated lens prescriptions for probably eight years. Invision replaces the ear sleeves, nose pads and makes adjustments to the frames at no cost any time I stop by. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Very knowledgeable and personable. After few attempts at other eyeglass stores, who dropped the ball, I ended up at Invision Eyewear. They were way more helpful than the other places put together. The whole staff is extremely nice. Plus there’s a huge collection to fit anyone’s style and needs.

I had the best experience at InVision eyewear at Oak Park Mall I have ever had after having glasses most of my life! I was referred there from my husband who also had a great experience! The customer service and care they provide is phenomenal!! Donna was working when I came in and immediately started helping me find glasses that fit my small face! After trying several pairs and not loving any of them, Heather (who was also helping) offered me the frames right off her face (after disinfecting them)! The glasses are awesome and I love them! My glasses broke while traveling out of town. Located Invision Eyewear at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS and walked right in to the store. Immediately a team member named Becky asked how she could assist me and proceeded to restring my lens. I purchased my Signature glasses in Virginia but Invision Eyewear serviced me without hesitation and with great care. My glasses were fixed and cleaned and I walked out incredibly pleased with Becky and the store. Thank you Becky and Invision Eyewear for your hospitality. Exceptional establishment and I would recommend for purchase or repair.

Invision Eyewear has provided my lens and frames for decades. (My file is more than 3” thick.). I have a unique prescription for my lens, including prisms, and the accuracy is always spot on. I stopped shopping elsewhere for glasses, because I cannot find anyone who has the selection, inventory, and customer service that surpasses Invision Eyewear. I've been buying glasses from them for 7 years. Even tho I moved 20 miles away I still come back because they're so good. Donna is an amazing professional who will help you find specs to suit your needs and budget. She's patient, responsive, and really understands her customers. In fact, all their staff is highly competent and professional.

Absolutely amazing experience! The selections are beyond my expectations, the staff is incredibly friendly/helpful, and the store is very clean and well-lit. The fact that I can buy brands like Tom Ford, Gucci, Valentino, and Dolce & Gabbana in the middle of the Midwest makes this fashionista very happy! I love that the staff genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect frame and could also hook me up with contacts while I was there. If ever there were a time to support a ma & pop business, it's now! And this one doesn't disappoint. They truly go above & beyond at Invision

I don't recommend. The customer service has gone south since I purchased my previous glasses 3 years ago.

Okay Invision was able to solve my problem and make everything alright. They helped me select the prefect frames and made sure they fit my face correctly. I really appreciate that. Also they have amazing warranties. Within less then 24 hours my frames broke due to an adjustment I made they cover it. They did not have to but they did. Also I was able to communicate with them about my concerns and they were able to address them and answer time and manner. Also for some other issues that came up that was more or less from a miscommunication issue and they were able to solve those and make my experience

I just picked up my fourth pair of glasses here and I'm just as impressed as four years ago! LOVE this place. Ask for Heather. She is awesome.

I found a great pair of glasses. I started at Lens Crafters across the isle and wasn't happy with their selection. I should have started here. The staff was great and very helpful. Plus they take eyemedinsurance

First off, best prices in the mall. Selection was fine and the employees were helpful. Update: whenever my sunglasses need adjusting they do it free of charge as well.

I went there to get a classes for my description, my insurance covers $750. Beside they were looking down at me and making fun they were like it only covers $200. I'm reporting them to BBB. DON'T GO THERE!!!

Heather is by far the best customer service representative that I have had the pleasure to deal with...great selection...great service... satisfaction guaranteed...and believe me, I am totally satisfied with all aspects of the service I have recvd. Excellent service. Far better than Lens Crafters. They helped greatly with buying my 11 year old daughter glasses she liked. They were very patient as she sampled over 40 pairs of regular glasses and sunglasses. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Good selection. The saleswoman seemed worn out by me, and said she couldn't offer suggestions.
Not delivered on time . . . I was told glasses would be ready in 10 days, and I called four times in the week after they were supposed to be delivered and was finally told they would call when they were ready. Finally, I called after 3 weeks, and the response was, "oh, yea, they're here."

I came here looking to get some new frames, and I must say that I'm glad I came here. The service here was excellent. The person helping me was very patient and helped me search through so many frames before finding one I liked.

This is how customer service should be. I will definitely be coming back here.

I've been a client of Invision for about 12 years now. The staff and ownership have always treated us with great service and compassion. When my daughter accidently broke her first pair of glasses, Julie and Elias worked with us to get her a replacement pair fast at a reasonable cost. I currently own two pairs from Invision glasses and love the quality. This family owned shop is superior to the big box corporate stores in that their attention to detail has always been more personal.

There's a really nice selection out, most are high end brands. I started by looking at the Ray Bans and one of the employees told me they were only for men. She stood next to me and continued to tell me that they were only for men. First off, Ray Bans are unisex. Also if I want to take a look at mens, that shouldn't be a big deal. I moved down the line and the woman continued to follow me. She wouldn't even let me pick up the glasses! How am I supposed to try them on?

This was one of the most inept eyeglass retail experience I have ever had. I bought glasses from them, due to a stigmatized focus, my eyewear needs to fit into the frame with a curvature. I was fooled into believing that my insurance would cover a large amount of this retailers expensive price tag, for what turned out to be inferior lenses and frames.......covering the mall lease I assume. Within weeks I had scratches on a supposedly scratch resistant frame. On the other pair, the lens would not stay in the frame. Took it to them for repair. After several failed attempts to properly fix the glasses

We were lied to, misled, deceived, and manipulated into believing they took our insurance. NEVER TOLD US IT WAS OUT-OF-NETWORK. Unprofessional liars.

I have an older pair of Rēvo sunglasses that I enjoyed for years but the right temple broke. The pair was so old Rēvo no longer manufactures the model. I've tried other Rēvo styles but nothing beat this one pair.

Crystal here at Invision Eyewear spend 2+ hours and finally found a set of temples that fit. While not the original no one could not tell. They match wonderfully. And it is the lens and shape that I cared about the most.

I can not thank Crystal and others at Invision who worked with her to bring my old friend back to life and on my head once more. This pair has traveled literally

Nice selection if you have the time and patience to ask for every single pair that you try on to be unlocked.

The staff will ignore you. If you can get someone's attention, they will not be happy about unlocking those glasses for you.

I've stopped by several times in my quest for eyewear and let me tell you, it is hard to tell if glasses suit you unless you actually try them on... good luck with that.

Last time I was there (about a week ago) there was a lady that suggested a couple of different frames for me... that was helpful, but we only reached that point out of exhaustion

Misleading coupon + unprofessional staff (Optometrist was good)
Difficult to work with, and overall poorest experience in my contact/glasses wearing days. Don't take the gamble + they don't have a beneficial angle (they aren't cheaper, they aren't friendlier or faster, they don't have a larger selection)
