Rand and Janeel made buying new glasses a joy! They truly cared about helping my wife and I find the perfect frames and lenses for our specific tastes and needs, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our selections. They even took pictures for us to see several pairs of glasses on our faces side by side -- Much easier than trying them on in quick succession and trying to compare in the mirror. Other eyeglass stores and optometrists could learn a thing or two here!

After having a less than positive experience at a optical chain store this was just such a wonderful experience. From the moment you walk through the their door you are given such attention. This husband and wife team answer all your questions and they have some of the best style lines in frames, really beautiful stuff! They take pictures of every frame you try on so you can see what you are getting. And they don't stop there, they also have budget friendly also. Another wonderful experience with this family owned business. Their friendly and efficient service is fantastic. They use state of the art equipment and offer a huge variety of frames. This is the place to go! I actually drove in from out of town to look at glasses. I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service. Mercedes was extremely patient with me trying on many pairs of glasses. She never seemed annoyed with how picky I was being. She also didn’t push anything on me but was great about making suggestions. When I returned to pick up my new glasses, Mercedes was again very helpful! I am very pleased. This place is a hidden gem! Mom and pop owned. Very personal, professional, knowledgeable, and HELPFUL! They know their products inside and out! Their lenses are high quality and stand out from all others, their frames are not "standard stock" frames you see everywhere else.. and they have an amazing sunglasses selection. They will not stop until you are totally happy and satisfied. This has been the best Eyewear buying experience I have ever had. If nothing else, you should definitely come in and check them out just to talk to them and try things on.

This place exemplifies outstanding customer service! Sure, the eyewear costs a little more, but you can be confident in knowing the owners and staff at eyeSmith will take care of you as a customer. I wish they had an optometrist on site. I love my eye doctor, but the corporate model most offices have gone to offer you little selection of product and the corporate staff are chasing off business with their rude behavior. Give eyeSmith a try if you're looking for great glasses!

AMAZING service & selection of eye ware! In the past, I've had difficulty finding glasses to fit my small-ish face & was pleasantly surprised that they offer more than over-sized adult glasses that have to be adapted, or inappropriate children's glasses for adults in my predicament. As it turns out, they have sizes to fit everyone--from Pixies to Giants. The bows of my new glasses are not extended beyond my ears, nor are they wrapped around my ears after a technician attempted to heat, mold, heat, mold. . . until the glasses would stay on.

Got a great pair of glasses for the wife and while we were in eyesmith we picked up a pair of costa sunglasses for the two if us.
Janeel was great at helping my wife find a great frame styled to her face.
Rand helped me find a nice stylish sunglass frame. I love the pair i got, its right on that edge between conservative and i have a life outside of my job. Really cool. Rand recommended the cooper lens. I was hesitant at first but then i went hiking with them and could see how the cooper really makes the colors pop! Love how my eorld looks

True Story: I went to a local Eye Doctor yesterday and was given a new prescription.. I was short on time yesterday so I took my prescription and left the eye doctor's office without looking at their selection of eyewear. I figured I hit up the Wal-Mart today so as I was driving Green Hills towards Wally World (which was a trip I dreaded). My wife and I had an eye exam yesterday and we both needed glasses. I had LASIK seven years ago and haven't worn glasses since that time. My wife has never worn glasses. We went to eyeSmith because we had heard of their high quality. We weren't disappointed. The quality of their product line is very high but the prices are very reasonable.
