Swedish massage is the most common and best-known massage technique in the West. It is based on the Western concepts of anatomy and physiology, as opposed to energy work on "meridiens" or sen lines in Asian massage technique.

Best massage I've ever had! I don't get massages regularly. Mainly because they've never been very good. I've been having problems with my right calf muscle. Couldn't fix it myself, so I finally just made myself set an appointment. Just looked up local sports massage therapists and came across this place. The reviews sold me. So I set one up with Ivania. So glad I got her. She was awesome. I'll definitely be returning to her.

Fantastic sports massage. Illyen is very active and works hard for you. Some therapists just go through the motions without solving any problems. Illyen worked through some difficult issues in my hip and adductor. I just wish I lived closer to go to her more often!!

Ilyen is by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is magically able to work out deep knots and tension but still make the massage feel relaxing, which is a trick no one else has managed before. On top of that, she is warm, generous, and professional. Very highly recommended!

I've had multiple professional massages from different people over the years, I even have a monthly agreement with a masseuse that I've been going to regularly for over a year. I heard about Illyen through a friend and also my chiropractor and they highly recommended her. The massage was incredible! She was massaging muscles that didn't even realize existed, like under the arms and deep places in my neck. I left there feeling so light on my feet and incredibly relaxed, but also rejuvenated.
