This line has not moved in over 40 minutes. The other lines have been moving. A little slow but not bad. Why can't they have a number system or call from one central line?
It would also be great if they put since computers like Kleber so you could print the customs form and they don't have to type every single one of them.
It took long enough that I have had time to write this review and the line is just now starting to move.

Although the lines are long sometimes, the staff does what they can. Additionally, I recently forwarded my APO address and a package was redirected correctly to me after the PCS. So excited, thank you!

Staff at the Ramstein North Side Post Office are always super helpful and friendly. Today especially and specifically the Postmaster Josh McMillan! He went above and beyond for me and I am so thankful and impressed not only by his willingness to help me but the manner in which he did. He was so patient, calm, and tenacious. A+ customer service!

Always long lines and have lost a bunch of my packages that said they were delivered and the post office even sent me a notification of delivery with the shelf location of the boxes but they can never find them. One time I went there 3 times in a span of a week and a half and they still couldn’t find them. Very frustrating and disappointing. They need real leadership. I can’t wait to PCS back to the states so my boxes won’t continuously get lost.

Put a hold on all my mail due to surgery and rehab and what happens; packages are returned to sender and I have to reorder them at a higher price. Thanks guys. This is not the first time this has happened. Had package sent to Camp Leatherneck and it sat there for 3 months until someone realized the zip code did not match theirs. Feel like I am back in Southeast Asia 50 years ago. Other than that, no other complaints.

The staff is friendly and nice, but, just found out as I got to the post office that there is a six package limit that you can ship at one time. If the line is long and you have more than six packages, back of the line you go. If you are having trouble with the USPS site, they recommended using pirateship.com. Thanks for all the help Northside.

You need an hour to pick up a package. When I PCSed out they switched my forwarding address with another persons. I only found out after a few months when the random person contacted me on Facebook and told me they were getting all my mail. Keep up the great work!

This post office has lost several packages of mine. One of which was a phone. Another one was a watch. Both of which they said they received and scanned the package but would then send else where for some reason one ended up on the Netherlands the other in Indiana. The only reason they get two stars is because customer service was genuinely helpful and seemed like they cared about helping me locate my mail. If you plan on making expensive purchases it might be worth it to wait until you go back stateside which is kind of sad for things you may need replacements of. (Like a phone)

Such fantastic customer service! I ship a lot of things and I have been so pleased with the way I have been treated here, that when my post office box expired, I was quick to open a new box here. They making shipping items so easy and I love the email notifications with all the tracking information.

I had a package that arrived about 5 days ago and i never received a slip in my mailbox saying i can come pick it up. I talked to their customer service and the only answer they could give me was that they have received the package but have been "overburdened with a lot of mail" and that i should just keep waiting for my slip to arrive in the mail. Meanwhile, i see their workers chatting and goofing around and making up some excuse like "oh, if amazon says your package arrived at APO AE, that means its still in Frankfurt" Sounds to me like the post office doesn't prioritize incoming packages based

New owners - they are excellent!

The new owners are very customer focused - great service. The store is two shops in one - efficient pack and mail and also an awesome boutique - great gift items.
I was shipping my parents' mementos - chachkas, photos, framed pix - to my brothers in NJ and CA. Everything was packed perfectly and mailed using most economical means.
Alex, the new store owner is both knowledgeable in shipping and packing but also has a great eye for gift items and antiques. Not in historic downtown but easy parking and worth a visit.

This place is a ripoff.....they tried to charge me 104 bucks for a package that I went down the street and paid 48 bucks......it was a laptop and the little girl grabbed a box that was way too big .....I told her the bigger the box the more they charge....the second box was still way too big......Shirley got involved and tried to convince me......then I really got upset when I was ask for my dl to compare to my debit card....I felt very judged......then after reading all the reviews on this place makes me wonder how they are still in business

They want to charge me almost $100 to ship a very sentimental blanket I left at a hotel. It weighs very little and would easily fit into a large priority box but they refuse. They say they ship via usps and then they say they do not.

I have had the blanket thru all my cancer treatments and came to Florida to see a specialist. I was so tired from being so sick that I forgot my blanket.

I cannot pay $100. Its a scam. And they keep calling every few hours. Choose another business for your shipping.

They say they dont go to post office but carrier comes to them. Told them carrier will bring

I've used these people numerous times when they first opened and I did like them, but always complained about their charges; I thought they were a little high. Well today sealed the deal that I will NEVER use these people again.

I went in today to drop off a free postage package that I had. I asked if I could just get a receipt that I dropped it off and the lady, who seemed annoyed that I even bothered her, said it's 2 bucks. REALLY? two dollars for a piece of paper, I didn't ask for a tracking number, just a receipt that it got dropped off, that's what the company
