All Prices are priced by the bedroom, and all leases are signed individually (unless a joint lease is requested). This means that you are only responsible for your rent and damages, not your roommates. We do a limited amount of roommate matching, where we introduce you to potential roommates.

All of our leases include our Baseline Package of services, which covers everything we can do to keep your apartment in great shape for you the whole time you're here.In addition, we can manage the Electricity and Water by adding the Utility Package to your lease. Only 5% of the properties listed on ApartmentRatings from around the world were considered for the award.

You can come see examples of the furniture in our office at Surrey Square B1. By default, our apartments are unfurnished. We've partnered with CORT Furniture to offer an optional Furniture Package.

To simplify the management of your bills, we can manage the electricity and water for your apartment, if you like. We just started this in 2012, and so far many of our residents are enjoying the simplicity of making 1 payment, instead of 3 or more. There's a generous usage cap, but you may be billed for repeated overages.

Cottages perfect for students on-the-go, with close access to 5 points, campus, and downtown. The cottages were built for spacious living and boast granite countertops in kitchen with up to date appliances. Along with the beautiful layout, we maintain our Cottages in excellent condition, and management provides quick, concise service.

Once you've connected with great roommates, you sign a lease and we add you to the apartment. Since we facilitate meetings, but do not force people to live together, we cannot guarantee you a room. But we'll do everything we can to figure out whether there's a place for you quickly, and to match you with someone suitable.
