A/C unit 25 years old, not working since Saturday, 3 + days now, is yet to be decided according to the manager Brian, of whether or not it will be replaced. In the meantime, we have temperatures of above 80 daily and nothing has been done. That is what happens to tenants who pay their rent not only on time but ahead. You get to pay the rent according to the contract/lease, but the apartment will not be maintained accordingly.
May be it has to do with the fact that we are a minority family.

When we move in The house was terrible smell stingy everything was bad condition.but when we moved out They try to take the deposit money as much as they can even we kept the house clean and no damage and we cleaned everything good before we move out . The day they came for inspection they told us everything ok and we signed to confirm but then they charge us 850$ for paint (what ) they didn’t even get dirty . 100 for re key ( we gave back 2 key ) 100 for broken blind .

If you’re looking for an apartment that accepts bad credit please look elsewhere. I have rented from Bravo for several years due to my credit situation and at first we were just excited to have a place but after a few months went by we noticed problem after problem. They do not properly maintain their properties. There is no mold removal, water damage everywhere, no pest control, no emergency service, and even the simplest of tasks such as maintaining their ac units or water heaters is actually left up to the tenant. I went through process of viewing home and selecting when I went to home it was not repaired from last tenant so I secured home expecting repairs before move in i even asked could I choose paint when they did repairs the realtor didn't let me know until the day before move in it was an as is property I was expected to pay 1150 a month for an duplex with holes in walls no new paint cabinet doors dont close hanging off hinges counter tops peeling up. Carpets dirty abd numerous other issues and they was upset with me because I didn't want to accept as if they had disclosed this info in the beginning

This will be my first time renting a home so I was always nervous and asking a lot of questions and they helped me out very much they always kept me informed on what was going on. They always respond back within a couple hours and never left me waiting days for an answer. I can’t wait to move into my unit on may 1st. I thought trying to find a place to rent would be stressful but Brian and Rachel made it easy.
